Terrible service, I ordered two tags which I never received, they will not respond to any of my messages, so I have paid for something I never received.
I do not recommend!

Got my 2 tags and collar. Exactly as pictured. Even better I can now hear them about the backyard. They took a little bit to get here, expected with delays everywhere and the customer service regarding this were on top of it and great responses.

Extremely happy with dog tags, arrived in timely manner, well made, light and although I included a big message regarding our Houdini staffy, it fitted well on the dog tag.

Great tags, really cute. However postage was very, very slow.

I think this could be a scam.

I reviewed my order and realised the phone number had an extra 0 at the end. Was a bit surprised that I had made this mistake. I emailed mydogtags.net straight away and advised them of the error. They offered to send a new tag with the correct phone number. I haven't received it yet, but trust that it is on its way.

Dodgy business.

Ordered and no product received in over 2 months

Do not buy from this comapny as delivery times advertised are inaccurate. I have waited a month and still no tag. I was just told to wait for the product to arrive but they have no tracking on products being delivered so really don't know how long postage will take. Still waiting to see if product will arrive!

I was quite disappointed that the tag took ~3 weeks to arrive (apparently due to COVID delays) and a lack of reply to my initial online enquiry about this. Email communication was much more reliable - no apologies for the delays at first, but the replies were prompt and polite. I was asked to wait up to 1 month, after which they could offer a refund or to re-post. Luckily the tag arrived a few days later and overall we are happy with the product. I have also been offered a 50% refund because of everything, so will see if they follow through! The whole experience could have been improved by better communication regarding expected delivery times and being able to track orders.

Do not trust the positive reviews. They are extremely unprofessional. Waited 3 weeks for my tag order that didn’t come. 5-7 days is a lie! They promised they would provide a full refund if I don’t receive the order by the 3rd of April 2022 as I need it for my pup to attend puppy school on the 4th and would need to go out to the store and get one if it didn’t arrive by then. When the day came and no order received, I requested the refund to be processed and they went back in their word and they said for me to wait another 2 weeks and if I don’t receive it by then, then they will refund. I’m disgusted by their service!

Very slow to arrive, i ordered 3 weeks ago! 5-7 days my hole. No one answers the emails. Will be reporting theft if they do not arrive in the next few days.

Mydogtags are reputable and stand by their customers. I had a delivery problem and they sorted it out post haste. And then offered me a 50% discount. MDT are serious about customer service - thanks

great tag which adds to my dog's very handsome appearance! Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive thanks to the pandemic, but in the end very happy.

A request to review my order arrived before the product was delivered. When I enquired about why I hadn't received the order, mydogtags.net offered to re-make the order. But then it arrived: a quality product, sturdy and lightweight, and the text is very clear. Entirely happy.

I ordered double sided tags for my dogs and they’re perfect. They seem to be of great quality and the included ring is small but strong. The postage took longer than expected (thanks Covid), but my enquiry email was responded to straight away. If more are needed I’ll order again.

Highly recommended as I have received great communication and service.

The tags are very cute, a good size and managed to fit all the details we wanted. Very happy with our purchase and the price!

Due to COVID shipping took a little longer than we expected, but the staff were very quick to respond to my email to confirm it was on the way and it happened to arrive about 24 hours later.

Overall, would recommend and would use them again :)

Tags took a while to arrive. Quick response when I queried whether that could have gone astray. Tags are of good quality.
