Very slow delivery.
Thinking mydogtags.ie is based in Ireland, turns out they are based in Switzerland.
Their website states shipping with 24 hours, however my shipping didn't occur until after 72 hours of ordering.
It's now 10 days since I ordered, and they still haven't arrived.

Quality product, value for money, attention to detail see engraving and fantastic communication thanks

My tags arrived more than 4 weeks after ordering. What was not made apparent at the time was they were not being made in Ireland but engraved in Switzerland. I was moving house & needed the tags fairly urgently but the customer service team were most ineffective & uninterested. When the tags arrived they were a matt silver finish which makes the engraving hard to read, I feel they are poor quality & overpriced. I certainly will not use this company again. I submitted a review to Mydogtags.IE web page & suprisingly it has not appeared!

Nice to deal with, friendly service and great communication. Dog tags look nice on my dog's collars.

Due to the COVID, all the delivery been delayed, but the assistant still be very friendly and helpful, I just received the tags for my puppy, one medium pink paw shape and one medium gold doggy bone shape, good quality, nice printing,very happy with them.

Initially thought my order was lost in the mail as it took 3 weeks to arrive but when I contacted them it was followed up promptly and resolved

Waited several months for my dog tag to arrive and it never did. Kept on getting nonsense, like "sorry, the tag is coming from Switzerland".

They refunded me but didn't even apologise when after two botched attempts it didn't arrive. Save yourself the stress and go into a local store and buy one, it'll be much easier.

The staff act like robots and won't really engage with what you say if something goes wrong. Very disappointed.

I’m an awful person. I wrote a nasty review with one star the day before I received my dog tags. I’d like to redeem myself but fear I never will. Thank you mydogtags for not labelling me a dog.

Love our dog tags! Got a different colour for each dog and the boys look so classy and fun. The engraving is really easy to read as well. We also bought the collapsible bowl and it is awesome!

The package of tags and pet accessories were delayed by Christmas and covid mail disruption and they kindly offered to send a new package. However, no need, it arrived a few days later. i greatly appreciated the gesture given delivery delay was beyond their control. Very decent to deal with and i have no hesitation in recommending them. Ordered a tag 27 November as a Christmas present. It is now 22 December and I still haven't even received notice that it has been shipped. The order confirmation says it gets shipped in 48 hours. Sent an email this morning asking what's happening. Immediately got an email back blaming Covid and saying a customer service rep would contact me shortly. Nobody contacted me. I think you can only blame Covid for so long, not 4 weeks and it's not even been sent. I thought I was buying from an Australian company. I feel misled and ripped off. Not sure at this point if I will get the tag.

I bought my dog's tag about a year ago. Over that time the letters and numbers are barely visible (and she's an old dog that doesn't move much so not much chance of her wearing out that tag). On top of that it took forever to arrive. Cheap but poor quality. Be warned.

Very happy with buying dog tags... email response time excellent and friendly. Took a bit longer than expected for arrival but that could have been at any point of journey.

Great product, but took atleast 6 weeks to get here. Didn't know company was based in Switzerland, website misleading as makes you believe they are an NZ based company.
Don't use if you need in hurry as we were.
Luckily dog didn't go missing while we were waiting.

I love this online store!! I had been looking for tags to have all of my info on and mydogtags.net were able to make my tags with everything that I wanted on them. The tags arrived in excellent condition and exactly as requested. I have also purchased another of my tags and two for my sons dogs, looking forward to receiving them. I highly recommend this excellent company, fabulous products and awesome customer service.

The tags took a bit longer to arrive than the stated 5-7 days. Totally understood once I remembered there were international shipping delays, and they were coming from Switzerland to Australia. The customer service staff I was in email contact with was so efficient and super prompt with her responses though. The tags looks great on my 2 little dogs, and the quality and work are great.

First of all, this is not a New Zealand company (despite it being .co.nz). The stuff is actually shipped from Switzerland. Next problem is they use standard post. They then quote 5-7 days deliver, which is just so far from the truth and probably logistically impossible given they are the opposite side of the world and not using a proper courier service.

Order mine on the 23rd September as I was picking up our new puppy on the 16th October. Plenty of time right? Package turned up on the 16th November, almost 2 months. The dog does not even fit the stuff I ordered now so it's useless to me. The custom dog tag is anodised but it's very soft and scratches from just fitting the keyring, and the engraving on the back is off centre. I would recommend using someone else if you are from New Zealand.

As per everyone else - no dog tag - over a month waiting absolutely appalling. Comes from Switzerland. - terrible
