Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We are sorry that the optional offer shown during the ordering process caused you to question the value of the £47 Family Pack.

We would like to clarify that the Family Pack is a complete, standalone product. It includes the essential documents, practical guidance and core tools needed to organise and pass on important family and estate information. Customers do not need to purchase anything else in order to use the pack properly or benefit from it fully.

The additional kits are offered separately at £9 each because they deal with very specific situations that are not relevant to every customer. They provide more detailed guidance on particular circumstances, rather than filling gaps in the main Family Pack.

They are entirely optional and are not required to make the original pack complete. Offering them separately also means that customers are not charged a higher price for specialist information they may never need.

We do understand that seeing an optional offer at the final stage may have created the impression that the original pack was incomplete or of lesser value. That was not our intention, and we are sorry that the presentation of the offer led you to that conclusion.

We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the way these optional £9 kits are explained so that future customers can clearly understand that the £47 Family Pack is comprehensive on its own.

We are sorry that the digital format of the kit was not sufficiently clear to you before purchase. We do state throughout the website and again at checkout that the kit is a digital product delivered by email, and that no physical folders are included.

The illustrations shown on our website include photographs sent to us by customers who created their own homemade folders after downloading the kit. We share them as examples of how families choose to organise their documents at home, but we understand that this may have caused confusion and will look at how we can make this even clearer.

The digital format also has several practical advantages. The documents can be completed directly on a computer, saved and updated over time as personal circumstances change. It also allows us to provide future updates so the kit can remain aligned with changes to the relevant legal and administrative framework. Clients can also adapt the documents to their own needs, including adding information and adjusting the amount of space required, rather than being limited by a fixed printed form.

In any case, every purchase is covered by our satisfaction guarantee. If the kit does not meet your expectations, or if there has been any misunderstanding, a simple email to our support team is sufficient for us to arrange a refund.

We are delighted that you found the Scotland-specific version clear, practical and genuinely useful. As you rightly highlight, a Will does not usually contain all the everyday information executors and relatives may need, such as bank accounts, subscriptions, passwords and key contacts. The purpose of the Kit is to help bring all of this together in one organised place.

For anyone reading this review, we also offer separate versions specifically adapted for England & Wales and for Northern Ireland, so customers can choose the Kit that corresponds to the law and procedures where they live.

We would like to clarify that the kit is intentionally provided in a digital format so customers can complete it directly on a computer, tablet, or phone, save their information, and easily update it over time. Printing is completely optional and only available for customers who prefer to keep a physical copy.

The digital format is clearly stated several times throughout our website, including that the documents are delivered by email and can be completed digitally or printed if desired.

We completely understand that if you were expecting a physical folder this may have been frustrating, and we are always happy to help. We offer refunds when a customer feels the product is not suitable, and we have handled many similar situations through friendly and respectful conversations with customers.
