Black friday deals were killer 40% got 5 different hats for a deal. Will use again for future drops I chase the cartoons/superhero hats and I got this dope resident evil theme Hat was pretty sick and it was 2 different orders same day because I didn't want to live in regret essay. No returns make sure your committed.

Beautiful hats but terrible customer service. If there is an issue with your order even as simple as a size change and even right after you order, they will refuse to help you. Somebody will send you a copy and paste ridiculous excuse about protecting you. They won’t even help if hats come damaged.

Pictures are faulty, the hats don’t come the correct color as shown online. Nor are the brims curved as they have it posted. Hats definitely look different in person. Very frustrating quality. But shipment was very fast

Yall buggin on the reviews. Excellent quality and if you miss on the online drops it's simply cause quality will always come with a demand. I wish I could hit more on the online drops but can't deny the talent and beauty of the craft work on the 2 items I've managed to buy. And shipping is on point incredibly fast.

The worst quality you can imagine! That's why the don't accept returns, don't even think to buy from them.

I received the wrong item . I paid $200 for a jacket and u guys sent me a $30 hat . Ya took my money! I want my item I paid for or I want my money back!

Will never buy from them again. They sent me the wrong hat. I emailed them and they never responded to me.

Terrible customer service, ordered 4 hats and they only sent 1, they don’t return emails, sent about 10. Their phone number isn’t a real number, rookie management and zero accountability. Terrible business

Put out some of the best hats. But is zero customer service at all. I accidentally clicked the wrong size emailed over 15 times before hat was packed. No response. I understand. This was my mistake but this is terrible customer service.

Ordered a hat that turned out to be not the same color as advertised. Wrote them immediately requesting a return that they have not answered. Poor customer service and misleading advertising.

order a hat 6/29 label created 6/30 its 7/12 hat has still not shipped smh $70 and its taking this long just to SHIP the hat? this is terrible and i will NEVER shop here again
