Awful experience and they don’t care there like a bunch of communist, if they mess up ur order ur out of luck,cause they have no customer service and no telephone number so u can only contact them though email or on social media witch they don’t answer, I bought a 60 dollar hat from them and it was a size 7 1/2 but it was so small it wouldn’t fit it like a 7 1/4 and the right next to the side patch had a tear in it I even left pictures and they didn’t answer me or even try to answer me but when I used my buddies account to ask them about a hat they had for sale they responded immediately!! There frauds and it’s really messed up since I’ve bought a few times from there without issue but the first time I do have an issue they don’t respond they ignore the customer!! It’s ok they won’t last long and I disputed the charge and my bank took care of it. I’ve previously heard horror stories about this place but never had a problem and now I see what there all about!! They clearly only give a crap about making a sale and nothing more even in a damn pandemic smfh fraud savages!!

Personal experience with MyFitteds
I’ve tried ordering and pre-ordering hats a few times with PayPal and every time it doesn’t work due to a technical issue. I’ve never had that issue on any other site I’ve used PayPal for, just MyFitteds. When I reached out to mention my problem I was told it’s on my end. I thought the response was rude and not helpful. Will try one more time in the future and if it doesn’t work I probably will stop visiting the site unless a fix is made.
Size filter doesn't work properly
Size filter doesn't work properly. It doesn't eliminate the unwanted sizes. Also the ability to remove sold out styles.

Trash. Sold out in 4 seconds. These hat sites put their friends on ... set a few aside for the employees and boom magically sold out as soon as you refresh on the dot @5pm ... if everyone has to add to cart click the apple pay and theres no disadvantages ... no way u can sell out as soon as 4:59pm. Then they try to tell you “20k people follow us on social media” and all going after the same hat .... 20k are online all at the same time trying to get the same hat 😂✌️ You could miss me with that bullsh*t ... even funnier the resellers with multiple sizes in the same hat comin up on ebay/instagram posting multiple of the same hats ... where they got the hats from? 🤨😂. Maybe its the bots 🤷🏼♂️✌️ #accountdeleted
RIP OFF SENT WRONG SIZE
Bad costumer service I ordered six hats all 7 3/8 except for one snap back. They sent me two size 7 hats. Told me that’s what I ordered to bad. I sent them pic of wrong size hats they did not care.DONT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL ROB YOU

Pandemic
Placed my order 4/22/2020 received it on 4/27/2020. Even with this pandemic their wasnt a delay with the shipment. Will order again.
No emails respond
I made the order Order MSC-Y8629S, which made a mistake in size and immediately sent an email to info-myfitteds.com, which they never answered and I will not be able to rectify to receive the product that I really wanted

I would never order another cap from…
I would never order another cap from myfitteds.com again. I ordered early Monday morning and didn't get a tracking info until Thursday morning. They claim you will receive your cap 3 days after you order it. There's no phone number to contact them only email and they never respond. The return policy sucks. You're stuck with product and no refund. Not a company anyone should order from.
Ordered a size 7 1/8 SIZING WAY OFF
Ordered a size 7 1/8. Arrived, not even close on the size! The true size is about 7 3/8. Crap. Of course, they don't bother telling you about the return policy (they don't have one) till it shows up on your invoice. What kind of company doesn't let you turn items? Crap companies, that's who. They offer shoddy merchandise and then don't back it up with customer service. They don't even bother returning your email! Let alone their horrible merchandise. Don't order from them, unless you're 100% sure a hat you can't try on, is going to fit.

They don't answer their phones or emails. Also, you might not recieve your product. It's been 3 weeks since I have not received my product and they do not answer the phone during calling hours at any time. So beware of your might not get your product and will have to file a claim with the BBB or BBC and your bank to get your money back.
