In the end I went through a different route for my property but Kelvin was great from the start. Very honest and professional He even kept in touch after I turned the offer down with advice on other companies what to watch out for, what to avoid etc.

Spoke to Kelvin who was very open with me about the retirement property I was looking to sell. Most companies don't offer at all, those that do will only offer 50-60% and he accurately recognised that wasn't likely to be viable. Very kindly Kelvin went on to answer my questions about how some of these companies operate and in doing so stopped me getting caught up in something that could have cost me a lot of money. I'm very grateful to him, he didn't have to give me his time and advice.

Kelvin was a pleasure to deal with. He helped us to understand all our options and gave us helpful insights about the current market conditions. During a very trying time over my house sale, homebuyers have been there every step of the way, chasing up documentation from third parties, giving help and advice to myself and generally being extremely supportive. Their customer service is excellent, no matter who answered the phone they were always polite, very friendly and cheerful. I would recommend Homebuyers to anyone.

Having been let down by my original purchaser, I did not want to loose the house that I was hoping to buy. I contacted My Homebuyers who I found to be very professional from 1st contact right through to completion (and even a little beyond). Whilst a property company will offer a lower price than the market value, all explanations were clear and there wasn't any pressure on me to make any hurried decision re: selling my property to My Homebuyers. I decided to use My Homebuyers after reading their reviews. Throughout the whole process I was helped by a lovely guy called Kelvin. He always responded quickly to my (many) questions and was always chasing up solicitors etc and keeping me informed about the progress of my sale. Although My Homebuyers couldn't buy my house themselves, Kelvin managed to sort out another buyer and remained as my person to contact throughout the process. I have been involved in 3 house sales previously (using the traditional estate agent route) but this time needed a quicker (and less stressful!!) process. The whole sale from start to finish was amazingly trouble free and compared to selling via an estate agent on the open market, a hell of a lot quicker and easier!! Yes, the price was probably less than if I'd put it up for sale on the open market, but I received a price that was good for me and to be honest the lack of waiting around for months on end for an offer and not having to coordinate the whole sale myself....the price I received was worth it!! I would definitely recommend this company if you want a quick, stress free house sale, as long as you are realistic about what price you want from your sale. Absolutely 100% brilliant from start to finish!!!

This firm (MHB) & Kelvin particular can be regarded as the most credible, honest, genuine, trustworthy, reliable & helpful organisation/individual in what is otherwise a shark-infested field/industry (asides a few other firms).

I am not writing this simply to sing Kelvin's praises but to help anyone out there who has an urgent need to sell a property for ANY reason, the first call you should make is to MHB/Kelvin for he will outline not only the entire process but more importantly the pitfalls of this unregulated & scary industry. Others will lie, deceive, exaggerate. Not Kelvin. Even if he isn't able to proceed with you, he will be happy to assist if you need guidance.

I cannot say enough good things about MHB. They put other companies including estate agents to shame & THIS is how companies should operate: with honesty, transparency, credibility, decent, reliability & above all, putting YOU first.

Though MHB/Kelvin acted as a broker in this situation, he facilitated the entire process through to completion within 3-4 weeks. Incredibly grateful. There were periods of intense stress & delays towards the end, I admit, but that was more due to the actual buying company rather than anything due to MHB/Kelvin who were acting as an intermediate ensuring progress was being made even during these periods.

Choose My Homebuyers if you are pursuing the cash/discounted price route to sell a property fast & at a discount rather than the conventional estate agent route. Choose Kelvin! This HAS to be your first stop - even if simply to gain an insight, invaluable guidance & 100% honest advice.

May I just say what a first class service they provided. From when I first contacted them to the point they took ownership of my house my contact Kelvin called me regularly with updates. They answered any questions I gave them very promptly. I suffer from anxiety but they made the purchase of my house as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend them
