I would like to say a special thank you to Kelvin from Homebuyers as his dedication, commitment, communication and professionalism helped me in buying my dream home when things looked bleak. Through online research I crossed paths with Kelvin after struggling to sell my house through other avenues. Kelvin was aware that I was looking to sell my property quickly as I also wanted to buy a new house which was dependent on my sell going through. At this point I was desperate to find a buyer a so contacted Kelvin. Although Home Buyers were unable to purchase my property as they couldn’t match the price I was looking for, Kelvin became pivotal in ensuring I was able to sell my home and continue with the onward purchase.

We spoke literally every day and his constant communication and knowledge kept me reassured. I was initially skeptical using home buying companies, however Kelvin’s transparency and communication helped to reassure me.

I contacted this company based on the strength of the wonderful reviews I had read. Although they couldn’t quite get to the price I needed (but I had half expected that, and was making speculative enquiries), they couldn’t have been more helpful.
Kelvin was prompt in ringing me, courteous and very knowledgeable. Although they couldn’t assist me this time, he offered me some excellent advice on my situation going forwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Spoke to a gentleman under the name of Kelvin, although i did not go ahead with their services kelvin provided excellent honest advice in regards to what my options where, rather than trying to be a salesman he was very honest in what they would offer for my property and did not promise me the moon like the other companies i have spoken to. He also offered me the option to contact him in future for advice regarding selling my property in the open market would be best suited for myself. Excellent

We wanted a quick sale for our house having already purchased and moved to another. This company were as good as their word. Everything stated or explained happened and no issues ensued. If you want a quick sale bearing in mind they offer about 80% of the current market value, then this company are excellent. I recommend them and would most certainly contact them again if the occasion arose. Very professional.

It was my first time going through the cash buyer process therefore I was completely unsure of how it works. Kelvin and Lucie were extremely professional and kind in this tricky time.
We had to sell our house fast, there are so many sharks out there. We were worried about who to trust but they kept their word. Got us a good price, and held our hands through the process. More importantly they delivered on time and were easy to work with.

The service provided by Kelvin and his team was amazing. We had to move very quickly and after our first buyer let us down we approached My Home Buyers to see what they could do for us.
Kelvin was in contact at every part of the process and by some miracle we completed in just 6 weeks.
There were no hidden costs or extras, and though we had to take a small hit on the price of the house it was worth it to move in a short space of time.

We’ve just completed our sale through My Home Buyers and what a fantastic experience. Kelvin and the rest of the team were open, honest and always on hand every step of the process if we had any concerns/questions.

Obviously you don’t get the full value of the property but what you do get is a fast hassle free sale with no endless viewings and time wasters.
