Grande arnaque !!!! Je ne vous ai jamais autorisé à me prélever la somme de 39,90 $ !!!
Je vais faire opposition ce jour auprès de ma banque et je vous demande de me rembourser immédiatement cette somme et de ne plus jamais représenter de débit sur mon compte Paypal sinon je me retournerai contre vous pour ces pratiques frauduleuses !

MAJ Avis au 18/06/26: Remboursement effectué en effet, mais je maintiens que vos pratiques sont trompeuses, soyez clairs sur votre appli !

Ich habe das Abonnement am 25.06.2026 abgeschlossen und noch am selben Tag per E-Mail widerrufen.

Der Widerruf erfolgte somit eindeutig innerhalb der gesetzlichen Widerrufsfrist.
Trotzdem wurde mir nicht die vollständige Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrages von 16,99 € angeboten. Stattdessen erhielt ich heute die Mitteilung, dass mein Abonnement zwar gekündigt wurde, man mir jedoch lediglich eine Teilrückerstattung von 9 USD gewähren wolle.

Aus meiner Sicht ist dies kein kundenfreundlicher Umgang mit einem fristgerecht erklärten Widerruf. Zudem wurde nicht zwischen einer Kündigung und einem Widerruf unterschieden, obwohl dies rechtlich unterschiedliche Sachverhalte sind.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die Abwicklung und kann den Service aufgrund meiner Erfahrung derzeit nicht empfehlen. Ich hoffe, dass das Unternehmen den Vorgang noch korrigiert und die vollständige Rückerstattung veranlasst.

Mon premier avis sur l’application a été négatif dans la mesure où je trouvais que leur système d’abonnement n’était pas clair, induisant dans mon cas une incompréhension sur des prélèvements survenus.
Par contre le service clientèle est réactif et bienveillant réellement à la recherche de solution. J’ai reçu un remboursement intégral des prélèvements que j’avais estimé trop perçu, rien à dire c’est pro.

AVOID SCAM

After my original review, the company contacted me and offered to refund the months during which the subscription was not actually used.

To be fair, I can agree that the first couple of months after the purchase may have been partly our responsibility. The subscription renewed automatically, and at some point we missed that, which is understandable.

However, after we noticed the second charge, we checked all subscriptions in the App Store and found no active subscription there. We then deleted the app and stopped using it completely.

Fortunately, this is a large company and, like most modern apps, they can see usage statistics. They were able to verify when the app stopped being opened and used.

Based on that, the company refunded the months during which the app was not used, and I appreciate that they were willing to resolve the situation fairly.

That said, I still believe the business model is designed in a way that not everyone will notice the ongoing charges, contact support, or ask for a refund. Some people may lose only a small amount and decide it is not worth investigating. In our case, the subscription continued for a long time, so the total amount became significant.

I would still encourage the company to make subscriptions more transparent and, ideally, ensure that they are clearly visible and manageable through Google Play and the App Store. That would help prevent similar situations and make the experience much better for users.

In any case, I appreciate that the company ultimately reviewed the case and refunded the unused subscription period.

For their skillful customer handling, I'm upgrading my rating from one star to three.

Be careful. They came up with a system where your active subscription does not appear in either the App Store or Google Play. So if you think you have deleted everything and checked all your subscriptions, think again. The charges can keep coming.

We only noticed it a year later when we realized the same amount was being charged over and over again. In the end, that little trick cost us €250.

Of course, they will tell you that you agreed to it yourself and that everything is clearly explained on their website. Technically, that is true. The information is indeed on the website. You just happen to discover it only after you start investigating why money is still being taken from your account despite finding no active subscriptions anywhere.

Brilliant work by the developers. Really impressive.

As for me, I am now checking with legal professionals to find out whether this kind of practice complies with consumer protection laws.

Ads are saying the app/programme is free, but actually there is no free option not even for a trial.

AVOID - Company is a scammer be careful. I have purchased a 1 week trial and automatically was signed for 4 weeks subscription. My PayPal account was charged. A part of that exercises are boring more for sleeping not for a workout. AVOID I have contacted support team and they only offered me partial refund - Shame

scam, unclear autorenewal policy DURING the discounted trial acquisition, terrible refund process, half the trainings are not localized, If youre looking for a fitness app, take your business elsewhere, as of writing this review, no funds have been refunded after trying both email and built-in chat. A lot of false advertisement on instagram. edit: after pressing about cali laws (Business and Professions Code Sections 17600–17606) they refunded the full amount

I too bought a 4 week programme from them with a discounted price. But a few weeks later they charged me with a subscription fee which is now recurring.

Have been in touch with customer service (Hannah) and they have agreed to cancel all future payments however they will not give me a refund for this subscription… I did not sign up for it!! They say they are willing to give me half of my money back. This is an absolute outrage and a scam. Somebody needs to stop this company. I will be escalating to the appropriate authorities

I bought a 4 week programme from them with a discounted price. It was a one-off payment. But 3 weeks later I found that they have charged me with a subscription fee which is rucurring. Not happy with the dishonest service. As customers we are being tricked into something which we did not sign up for.

Une arnaque ! Je viens de constater un prélèvement de 59,70€, alors que je n’utilise absolument pas l’application. Je l’ai installé suite à ce prélèvement pour essayer de me connecter : je n’ai pas accès à un compte existant et il est bien spécifié que je n’ai pas d’abonnement ! C’est une honte, j’exige un remboursement auprès d’eux mais obtenir un remboursement ne suffit pas car je n’ai pas à perdre mon temps et mon énergie de la sorte à cause d’eux ! Je suis vraiment outrée.

I clicked on an Instagram advert claiming the Asian Pilates app was free, but it wasn’t - not even one workout. This is false advertising, which is frustrating and undermines trust. A genuine free trial would be a far more honest and effective way to attract users.

Was just about to sign up to a 4 week plan with these folks so not sure what they’re like. However, decided to go read some of the reviews & got a little panicked that it was a scam. Reviewers complained of repeat charges when they thought it was a 1 off purchase! It clearly is an ongoing subscription charge after the initial trial period.
My issue is that the advertising for tai chi walking on instagram says it is now free & that is a BLATANT LIE!!
Luring people in with discounted rates is one thing, hiding the ongoing subscription (which this app does not hide) is another, but Outright lying is a little low.
Will think about it now as I don’t like liars.

Bien sûr, je réinstalle l'application et là aucun moyen de se connecter au compte, on ne peut que en créer un nouveau, donc impossibilité de faire une réclamation !

Realizamos una compra por 1 mes y de manera automática nos renovaron por importe de 39,97 US$. Tras notificarles por mail de este procedimiento no autorizado, respondieron en solo 30 minutos, un domingo e intentaron realizar un abono parcial de 20 US$. Tras nuestra negativa habiendo pagado por paypal, al día siguiente teníamos el abono total del importe. Es una pena actúen así, porque la App es realmente interesante y válida. Si intentaran convencer personalmente via mail probablemente convencerían a mucha mas gente de la que se olvida y paga automaticamente.
