As you mentioned, the shipment reached on March 25th after you had already left the country.

However, we would like to clarify that after receiving your order, we only received communication regarding the delay during transit. In each of those interactions, our team provided updates and shipping information related to your order. At no point were we informed that the delivery was time-sensitive or needed to arrive before a specific date.

Had this been brought to our attention earlier, our team would have certainly made every effort to prioritize your shipment and explore faster shipping options to ensure delivery before your departure.
