The app is so easy to navigate
The app is so easy to navigate. The only thing that I feel can be adjusted is the time it takes to preview the following exercise. I feel itâs not enough time and I find myself replaying the preview or going through the exercise to see exactly how to perform the exercise.

I am very disappointed with the app
I am very disappointed with the app. It lacks dynamism and user-friendliness. There is no music to accompany the exercises, the synthetic voices are not engaging, and the exercises start too quickly, leaving little time to get into the correct position. This makes the experience less enjoyable and motivating.
