Very late deliveryâŠlimited information
Ordered and paid for on Thursday, for next day delivery. Waited in all day Friday and Saturday. Updates yielded no information. (Parcelforce- awaiting receipt of goods).
Emailed company Sunday and Monday morning to flag up no delivery and no updates.
Received email Monday pm to say an issue meant the goods had been returned but would be re-sent for Tuesday delivery.
Post Office sent email later on Monday to say delivery would be between 10am and 2 pm Tuesday. (Not guaranteed). Again, we were unable to leave home for the day. Goods arrived 4:10 pm Tuesday. We had 3 days unable to leave home as goods needed signing for. Poor and somewhat disappointing.
Follow-up phone call today (Wednesday) and apology for the delay was unexpected and appreciated.

Its over 2 months since I purchased a product from them and I haven't received it and they have stopped responding to my emails. I instigated a process with them for a refund, filled in the form, got a police report and sent the information to them and since then haven't got a response to multiple follow up emails.
