Do NOT buy from this company!! I got scammed out of my money. This company is a joke. I ordered at the end of November 2024. I waited and waited and waited…no package. I kept reaching out to just cancel it but no response after multiple attempts. Finally, once it claimed to be delivered on 12/27 I find nothing in my mailbox. So, I reach out to them again in the hopes I wouldn’t be ignored again. They responded to that with a proof of delivery in Chinese and seemed to be willing to help by saying that they’d investigate. Nothing happened. Weeks went by with no news. I reached back out to find out if they’d found my package. They emailed me back on 1/28/2026 and sent me the same “proof of delivery” from before and said the investigation had concluded that I received my package. I even PAID for shipping insurance and yet they still refuse to work with me and refund my money!!! Just because something says delivered does NOT mean that the recipient received it! I guess they’ve never had a package mis-delivered. I implore you to find REPUTABLE company and don’t lose your money with this company. They go by Mystic Shilajit and Mystic Heals…AVOID both!!!

Well I only been taking this for about a week now, and only a dose in the mornings…I am feeling a difference already!! Looking forward to the months to come thanks mysticshilajit for being the start of a healthier lifestyle for my future!!!

I have ordered several times & has been good, My most recent order arrived 1 week ago & it’s not the same shillajit. Taste, smell & texture is different to previous orders. Have emailed their customer service & have no reply

Ordered products from them months ago, never received anything from them, they refuse to respond to messages or emails. Website says it’s based out of Texas but the one shipping notification that I received says the order was originating from China. It’s a scam pure and simple they will disappear with your money so just save yourself time and money and find a different brand guys.

Scammers, never received my order, but they tried several times to retrieve money from me. Do not do business or order with these thieves.

If I could give a zero, I would. There customer service mailbox is full, meaning everyone just like me has paid and never received anything. They need to be put in jail. There is no way to talk to them and they take money and disappear. Run away fast. I ordered in November and still nothing.

I ordered the product from this company. They sent me a fake tracking number and I never receive the product. Total scam.

I placed an order on 12/5, they stated 3-5 days shipping. It’s been almost 2 weeks, and still hasn’t arrived. Their website under contact information also states that they’re based out of Texas, but the tracking information shows it’s coming from the Yanwen facility… OUT OF CHINA! They state everything is 3rd party tested, but with this lack of transparency, I wouldn’t be surprised if the test results are fake too. Either way, I still haven’t received the product. I’ll say without a doubt, this product s a scam, or at the very least, not a trustworthy company.

Be very careful with this company. First pot I brought was fine so I brought a bulk of 4 pots and it's not the same it's weaker lighter in colour taste sweater and dose noting like the fist pot. I also contacted them via email no reply. Then contact on face book they replied and when I raised this issue they have bloked me. Make me wonder what the hell I've been putting in my body

This company is a scam payed and didn’t receive my Shilajit order at all. The order is now canceled and money not refunded.

First order of shilajit from this company was good. The second order is not the same shilajit. It is more sweet tasting. Not as pure!

I want to strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Mystic Shilajit. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my ordeal to hopefully prevent others from falling victim to their deceptive practices:

1. Misleading Shipping Information:
The website is designed to make it appear as though orders are processed and shipped from the USA. This was a significant selling point for me. However, after placing my order, I discovered that it was shipped from China. This immediately raised serious concerns about authenticity and product quality.

2. Broken Delivery Guarantees:
Mystic Shilajit guarantees delivery within 14 days on their website. My order took far longer to arrive, causing unnecessary inconvenience. When I finally received the package, I refused to open it because of how late it was and the doubts I already had.

3. Nonexistent Customer Service:
The only way to reach customer service is via email, and even that turned out to be unreliable. I contacted them several times requesting a return label for a refund. Initially, they responded with empty promises that the return label was “being worked on.” After multiple follow-ups, they stopped responding altogether.

4. Suspicious Product Quality:
I still have the unopened jars and have absolutely no confidence in the product’s authenticity. Fake Shilajit is a well-documented issue, and given the shady practices of this company, I have every reason to believe what I received is fake. I’m too afraid to use it and risk my health.

5. Complete Lack of Accountability:
Mystic Shilajit took my hard-earned money and left me with zero recourse. I’ve been scammed out of my money and am now stuck with a product I can’t trust or use.

BEWARE of this fraudulent company!

I ordered Shilajit Resin from Mystic Shilajit. I fully believe in the benefits of it. However, my order never arrived, I queried this, and low and behold within a few days my order was delivered TO COMPLETELY THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! not even the correct town. The delivery company even sent me a proof of delivery photo, for the wrong house, in the wrong town.
For a long time I asked Mystic Sgilajit to resend the order - They Did Not. Now I am asking for my money back and they are completely ignoring me.
I would never ever use this company again.

Order never received incorrect shipping number and tracking number given by a followup email supplied. These people are scammers liars and really are a disgrace taking money from pensioners and older people ripping them off - STAY AWAY do not buy from them.

This is some bs. After taking it my kidney on right side would hurt terribly and after a couple of days i realized that shilajit migjt be what it was and so i stopped taking it and the pain is gone. I dont know whats in this bullshit but i do not recommend taking it

Absolute crap! It is caramelised sugar. Tastes nothing like Shilijit Resin. These guys are SCAMMERS.

On the website its promoted as 100% pure shilajit, however when it arrived I quickly realised that it’s mixed up with loads of other herbs. I have emailed them multiple times requesting to return the items, but no one got back to me. After i decided to do more research and found that aliexpress sells the same product for £8. Those reviews on their page are all fake!
