I never received my order. I have sent them multiple email request about order and no-one is responding to me. This is over 2 months ago.
Their service is very poor.
I was so excited for the product, just to be disappointed like this.
I asked for delivery to my office, after not receiving it, they advised me that I must go collect it at receiving office. They only send me the area, but no address.
Then every email sent, they didn't respond.

The best shilajit on the market! I have tried but regular and gummy forms can’t go wrong with either one. I would definitely recommend this brand over other.

I've been taking it now for 5 weeks and have not seen much improvement in energy levels or morning wood...

Shipping time was over 40 days from order and I had to chase them with 3 emails, only to received one email from them saying it's on its way.

Was told I was yo receive another bottle after my bottle went hard after 4-5 days still waiting no response.
Keep telling me to do the same things over and over which I did to get the resin up and ready but no .
So I have sent out numerous of emails and a few complaints still awaiting your response and a return bottle which I fully paid for cheers

Ordered a package with them which had 3 products in and they only sent me one of the products. So didn’t receive my other two products. I’ve tried emailing them multiple times and no response.

I ordered 4x jars 9 weeks ago and paid for express world wide shipping. I still have not received my products. I was promised an immediate refund 2 weeks ago which I still haven't received and now they ignore my emails
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

It's been 5 days and my order still hasn't been shipped. And I can't get a refund do not buy from this shop.

Not worthy. Didn't really feel anything improvement and I just finished the product. It took more than one moth to receive it. Won't buy again, won't recommend it.

I have order shilajit from mystic shilajit , there delivery partner delivered my parcel to wrong address and that was after 20 days, after that delivery partner wants me to contact the seller, I send lots of mail to mystic shilajit finally they replied to my email and without reading my emails they asked me to contact delivery, after that I am send both delivery and seller so many emails but they don't bother to reply, I mean to say plz don't buy anything from these guys as there after sale customer service is 0 ,once u pay for there product they don't care about u...

This compony is as bad as it's products!
I Ordered and got a tracking number that never worked. i waited 3 weeks and got a respose that gave me the same non working tracking number from CS. Then by the time it arrived I ordered a different product from amazon. Today I finally opend the product (since I never got a respose about returning it) and it was aweful! it tasted so bad I couldn't drink it not like the other stuff and it was hard to use because it was so stiff. NEVER order from them

I have used shilajit for many years from a few different sources and they all taste similar appart from this one. It tastes sweet like treacle! Deffo dodgy. DO NOT BUY

The delivery was reported to have been put through my letterbox, it clearly wasn’t as the jars don’t fit in a standard letterbox as the company informed me. The courier has failed to deliver the package and the company have now stopped responding! No delivery, no refund, no replacement. Took the money and now don’t respond.

If you look at all the good reviews, they're all in the same month, and about the same day, always look at the negative reviews of every product you review, or every website you review, try to find people like me who give you an honest review.

i paid $150 aud and received 4 jars of burnt tar.. and no response from this company.
I have been using this product for 6 months now and loved it.. but this batch was burnt, dry and very bitter.. exptremely dissappointed.
I emailed the seller on two different emails and they have BLOCKED ME! I guess its time to report them. Very dodgy indeed.

Before i purchased I came here to read reviews, and honestly these people are right and this brand does not disappoint. I feel much more youthful and energetic. It's like I've turned back the clock.

Never got my product. No one will send email responding back. Terrible service. DEFINITELY A SCAM

It's a scam. I ordered 9/2. Since then I've received 4 emails (9/4,9/14,9/16, 9/27) saying it's shipped. Today is 9/28 & I still haven't received a thing.

I’m received my Shilajit today couldn’t wait to taste it and compare with Shilajit I bought in Nepal, there was no comparison mystic Shilajit is sweet to taste Nepali one which is pure is very bitter no sweetness what so ever mystic Shilajit tastes more like black Treacle unfortunately, needless to say m disappointed
