Just received my tub and it's like I've bought some premium burnt tar in a jar.
Will never trust this company again and will happily share this information everywhere I can, so no one else wastes their money on this company.
Emailed them everywhere possible, and not one reply offer of exchange, refund or even apology.

They're a scam , please don't fall for this . I'm reporting them to Instagram , I've lost £50 . Do not fall for this please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I've been waiting since 2 months.
I've send them multiple mails, never answered. Never received my refund. They're scammers, do not buy from them!!!

My first order was good, it took about 6-7 weeks to receive it, which I think is to long. My Shilajit box and container came with labels, directions, it past all the tests, and I could tell a difference in my body and energy. I ordered some more before I ran out on May 18, 2024 it is now September 12, 2024 and I haven't received anything but bs emails. When I asked for my money back multiple times for at least a month now, they don't respond back not even the same bs emails. I'm trying to find a phone number for them so I can call them directly and talk to them but I haven't had any luck. It's about time for me to contact my lawyer bc I can't stand it when a company screws people over and think they will get away with it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

It took a month to come, and yes, it was shipped from China, which gives very “fake” vibes. After googling how to identify real thing I did burn it, dissolved it in water, tried to dissolve it in alcohol. It passed all the tests.
The packaging looks good, no grammatical mistakes.
Smells funny, tastes bad, sticks everywhere it touches.
Now to claim that it is 100% real stuff I cannot, but it does pass all the tests and descriptions.

I made an order August 8th 2024 thinking it was coming from Texas but to my surprise it’s coming from China. Even worse case scenario max time for delivery was 14 Days worldwide. It’s almost 4weeks and now they don’t respond to my email. So I submitted a dispute with my credit card and trying to cancel the charge. Buyer beware. Know the scorce.

Honestly, I am suprised with these reviews. I made an order and everything was ok. Yes, it took a little bit longer to arrive, but nothing terrible (two weeks), product is good and as a person with chronic illnes and depression, I can definetely tell, I have more energy. I am now going to order more, and I stumbled across this reviews and now I am scared. :D

Scam artists. Asked a question and they responded within 10 mins and then when i tried to cancel my order less than 10 mins after ordering (after reading reviews here) they completely ghosted me.

They are brutal to the customers...wow

Received item with no instructions and no labels on product. I didn't have a good feeling about it and have not tried it yet. I’m glad I read these reviews first. Gonna throw it out!

Scam scam. Do not order it. I never got a refund. Shilajit is strange colour, smell , consistency watery. Probably risk to your health

Total scam artists, that charged me then after three weeks nothing. Support is non existent basically. They then said it was wrong address but no chance it was wrong.

Then we said they will resend with a new shipment fee. I am doing a chargeback and reported them all over the place.

Then they sent a tracking number with no link to the courier and they said contact your local courier! Total scam stay far away.

Fake Shilajit, tastes great…I think it’s marmite or Vegemite so big red flag.
Put it in the bin.

Absolutely do not buy from this company- so many issues before they even shipped my order. I don’t believe the product is authentic and had no clinical testing to evidence any claims this company makes at all. If there was an option for a zero rating I’d choose that. Total utter scam.

Ordered on the june 2nd, received it today 12th of June. Did the usual tests, seems legit to me. Thank you mystic shilajit!

Didn't recieve the product while i payed on 02-06-2024

Website is full of lies. States "as seen on sharktank" which if you google is completely inaccurate. Second I ordered and just like many other reviews here state, I have yet to receive tracking updates and states "usps is awaiting item". I reached out to only be ghosted. I will be filing a chargeback with my CC and will also file a formal complaint.

i just got it today. better if i did not. sadly did not read this. i was sick and felt strange. i hope this is not some poison since no one can know what is in it?????? i am angry at myself for believing their web site. i really want to know what is in it. i still feel sick. maybe they will answer. how can you even sell this in europe??????? this is unbelievable
