Ho ordinato un giubotto invernale doveva arrivare in 48 ore,e arrivato dopo tre settimane e non è neanche quello che ho ordinato . Mi hanno mandato due giubotti di finta pelle S M. E una presa in giro

Hanno consegnato un prodotto non gradito al posto di quello ordinato , siccome l'ordine è stato fatto usando il link prodotto da loro, non è stato possibile effettuare il reso e di conseguenza sono stati persi i soldi relativi al pagamento dell'ordine effettuato

Ho ordinato una giacca invernale con cappuccio mi sono arrivate due giacche e di ecopelle neppure della mia misura ho provato a mandargli un messaggio su WhatsApp ma non arrivano messaggi sono dei truffatori

Truffa.... ordino un giaccone. Vengo chiamata per conferma taglia e arrivano 2 giacche in pelle identiche. Taglia S e M..... 49,90 € spesi male..... Se non mi contattano scrivo agli avvocati di Altro Consumo

Sono stata truffata da My Store, ho ordinato e pagato contanti alla consegna per un giaccone da donna reclamizzatl su internet, ma sono arrivati 2 gilet orrendi mai ordinati, non comprate nulla da questa casa in qualsiasi sito essi si trovino!!!!!!!!!!

Dommage qu'il n'existe pas l'option 0 étoile.
C'est tout ce que ce site mérite.
1 étoile c'est déjà trop tant mon expérience a été décevante.
Pas d'étiquette retour dans le colis.
Étiquette retour réclamée pendant plus d'un mois sans succès.
Lorsque je reçois enfin une étiquette retour, on me dit que le délai de retour de 30 jours est expiré !!!!
A fuir si vous voulez épargner vos nerfs et votre santé.

Disgusting!!! Total scam, I made a purchase of £30 which Ive not received. When I tried tracking it I was asked for a £1 payment and would get tracking info, also wanted bank details and would be charged £24-50 every month!!! I dont think so. In the meantime I just happened to look at my bank statement and saw an unknown transaction for £85-50 and a transaction fee of £2-19. I immediately phoned my bank, they cancelled my card and looked into it. Next day they called me to say as it was an illegal transaction they would refund the whole amount. Little did I realise it was this fake company. Id advise anyone caught out like me to contact your bank. Incidentally this was done abroad in euros totalling €100!!!!

I’ve ordered and paid for two mini printers for my children for Christmas, I ordered in early November but still have not received anything. I’ve tried to contact them more than once , but have yet to receive a response. This site is a scam , don’t bother using it.

So....I wrote a review regarding this sham of a company afew weeks ago. Just to update I have still NOT received my purchased item...still have NOT received a reply to the numerous emails I have sent and therefore have still NOT recieved my money back. Reading the reviews this is clearly their company policy..to take from people and not provide, to then piss people off by not even trying to resolve the problem. How can a company still be operating like this after such bad feedback. I am now sorting this out through my bank as I won't allow myself to be out of pocket because of these con artist knob heads. If you've paid for something you haven't received, you might be able to get your money back. Your card provider can ask the seller's bank to refund the money. This is known as the 'chargeback scheme'. If you paid by debit card, you can use chargeback however much you paid. Hope this helps anyone that's in the same situation as me. The 1 star rating isn't justified, I wouldn't of given it a star at all if I had the option.

Früher mal gut, doch heute Hände weg. Ich habe 2 Artikel bestellt einer wäre für Weihnachten, als ich bemerkte 19-26 Dezember habe versucht anzurufen ( ein Witz zuerst kommt die Auswahl der Sprachen kurz Musik und wieder kommt das Menü der Sprachen das könnte man stundenlang machen) Verarschung pur. Also per E Mail mit der Bitte um Expresslieferung gegen Aufpreis, als Antwort gerne Bestätigen wir Ihnen, dass die Artikel zwischen 19-26 geliefert werden, wenn ich andere Bewertung hier lese. War es das letzte Mal und ich werde alle von dieser Seite warnen. Schade aber es gibt ja Gott sein Dank noch andere

Vor rund 5 Wochen Geschirrspüler BEKO bestellt und mit VISA bezahlt.
Bis heute trotz mehrfachem Anschreiben per Mail den Betrag von Fr. 453.90 nicht zurückerhalten.
Die Bestellung wurde fristgerecht storniert und sollte dann trotzdem geliefert werden (was ich selbstverständlich ablehnte). Habe auch 'MeinDeal' angeschrieben. Jetzt werde ich in Kürze meine Rechtsschutzversicherung einschalten (müssen) leider.
Das soll eine Schweizer Firma sein - sorry aber das geht einfach nicht.

My order hasn’t arrived placed on 22Nov., a children’s magic drawing set £39.95. I have sent e.mails asking what is happening because the tracking says in transit but never moves. I have just sent another e.mail requesting a refund so I can buy another Xmas gift at this late stage. I am doubtful if I will get any response but if I do I will review again. Think twice before using this site could be a waste of time and money. Robbers.

I've tried sending messages and absolutely no response from anyone they just took my money and I have no idea how to reach them and I'm on a fixed income they should be ashamed to call that a company I'm so pissed right now

7 november een bestelling gedaan en tot op vandaan nog niets ontvangen. Mail gestuurd maar geen reactie.

Ho ordinato una giacca woorlich di colore beige 1 settimana fa, la giacca è stata spedita 2 giorni dopo e oggi mi è arrivata a casa 😍 posso dire che è stupenda come da foto e la tempistica di consegna è impeccabile .
Grazie ancora sicuramente ordinerò ancora da loro .

Pas reçu ma commande aucune réponse ni remboursement plus jamais je ne commanderais sur se site je le déconseille.
