Was able to refinance my car at lower rate with no issue very quickly. Very professional. Disclosed everything about the loan.

I was super skeptical about being able to refinance my vehicle loan. Working with Justin thru Tresl my monthly payment is lower and my interest rate is extremely better then I anticipated, which helps being a single mother. There was tons of communication and all my questions were answered in a timely manner thru-out the whole process.

My assigned loan adviser, Vince was unhelpful, discourteous, and argumentative. I also did not appreciate that he positioned that I was required to add on a lot of extra coverages and charges. There was no payment option that included just financing the vehicle, I had to specifically ask for it. That was very deceitful and confusing.

Rachel Bennett was very helpful and informative throughout my process of refinancing my car. She not only lowered my payment but also my interest rate. She was very personable and made sure to assist me every step of the way!! Everyone so far has been very helpful. Thank you so much for a seamless process!

Sometimes we do things out of desperation not taking into consideration about what we are really getting into. I stepped into a situation that at the time felt like life saving. Being my 1st experience at buying a new car the thrill was greater than the financial burden it created for me. I was drowning with the payments that were inposed on me.Before I read the contract I signed. The thrill was gone. I ended up with a car that was way over priced with huge payments and interest rates that I could not believe.. My agent Logan had started to work with me and had a really hard time trying to help me get out of the hole. We were turned down not once but 3X's. However he did not give up and stayed in touch. Explained what I needed to do and how to go about it.It took 4 months to get to the point to be able to refinance me.. Logan did not give up and stayed in touch providing the moral support that keep me going. I was truly surprised: most of all grateful for not giving up on my situation. He gave me what it took to hold on to my car. Which other wise I would of returned long ago.Logan my family and I thank you for the determination that you had to obtain on refinancing our car. That in my book is outstanding customer service of way beyond duty.

Nikole and her assistants were get. They kept my updated every step of the process, made sure I understood everything that needed to be signed and got everything done in a timely manner

This process took months to complete. I had to constantly inquire about status of purchase process, title, etc. There has to be a better and more efficient way to purchase a fleet vehicle. Do not recommend this company or this type of vehicle purchase. Slowest vehicle purchase ever.

The process was very cumbersome but my TRESL representative was amazing, she went above and beyond ensuring the process went smooth.
