Good communication, work fast and nice staff

The agent Linda that helped me throughout this process was very timely and responsive. She knew her product was great and had no issues explaining the value add to me. It was a no brainer and she made that very clear top see. The product range for the price was hands down the best that.

I appreciated the ability to refinance, and the process seemed easy enough since walked through with Dmtri. However, the subsequent mail that expressed they decided to not refinance & then the next day the old finance company sends Congrats on paying off this loan, rather confused me.

Kristi did an amazing job! She was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, great when it came to tailoring options towards the interests of my family, and I would recommend working with her to anyone looking for a better deal on a loan. It took forever to get this truck, title and tag! One of the most tedious purchases I have ever went through. I bought this truck in the same town I live in and it took months to get this finished. Not to mention the extra expense of having to overnight the money they should have paid in the first place. The SCDMV sent me back my check after having to pay $5.00 for the check and 47.00 to send it. The whole process was so time consuming. Apps, passwords,sign in, phone calls. Not worth the trouble. Yet the staff was awesome!! I can’t say anything about the staff. The process is just a mess.

Jillian was there for us every step of the way and we are very thankful for her. She got us out of a terrible mess and fixed everything for us. She is a keeper. 100% one million stars.
