I loved my experience going through the YTT 200 training. I learned so much about myself and an increased awareness of myself. I have been able to reframe so much of my thinking and I have noticed a stark contrast to how I thought before.

The training was accessible and realistic. I loved the flexibility it offered and I was so grateful to have a ten year old goal realized. I found it to be the perfect combination of depth and breadth with the opportunity to delve deeper into topics that intrigued me.

Overall, it was a transformative experience and I loved getting to dig into yoga--something that has been such a wonderful tool for me. I am hoping to be in a season of life again where I can do an additional training with MVP.

Easy access to vast information and variety of topics and teachers.Peer supports were always available,compatable prices for yoga teacher training.

I was able to complete training at my own pace taking the time to absorb the materials. Loved interacting with people from all over. Access to the recorded lectures was so helpful. My only suggestion and frustration was uploading the required videos, I feel more assistance should have been offered. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend to others even for the purpose of self acceptance of oneself and others

Affordable is a must for me. Available online too so I could access and learn from my own home during a time when traveling wasn't advised was a blessing. I learned how to bring my yoga practice to online viewers and that was a direction I would have never taken on my own so I am grateful for that gift. The knowledge, connections and a path forward guiding right from my own home is leaving me very happy with my training.

Best, most comprehensive and informative teacher training with great leaders who really care! After taking the 300 hour TT and 200 hour Tantra TT, plus other trainings, I felt confident as a yoga teacher. I made a lot of friends during my training, and I cannot praise Michelle and the other trainers at MVP enough! They're authentic, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their students. I know I'll continue training at MVP indefinitely!

I felt like I received a great perspective on Yoga through taking their 200hr course. Michelle and the other teachers were very informative about the content and they give great feedback throughout the course.

I have had the best experience with My Vinyasa Practice! The 200 hour training was my first real exposure to yoga and I fell in love with yoga and the training. I completed my 200 hour and 300 hour back to back and then jumped right into a pranayama course. I love that they have so many opportunities and courses to expand my knowledge and abilities as a yoga teacher. I highly recommend MVP!! Their trainers are all very knowledgeable and are always available to help all students. Their prices are very reasonable as well which makes it easier to continue with your trainings! Thanks MVP!

Was not a great training program. Manual was basic. Lectures didn’t provide much information. I felt I wasted my money and time. I have a hard time saying I completed my 500 hour with MVP 300 hour.

A warm community of knowledgeable people who run a very thorough course which is made to be inclusive for everyone willing to learn with them. Thank you MVP.

I never thought that I could become a yoga teacher.
But My Vinyasa Practice made it easy and accesible from my own home. The teacher training was easy to understand and not just about getting certified. it was about getting to know yourself and what you can do to live a yogic lifestyle. It's never just about the poses and more about cultivating your physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual body. I would definitely recommend this training if you are not avaliable to take it in person.

Having a full time job, I never thought I could fulfill my dream of completing a yoga teacher training. MVP allowed me to do just that and in my own time! The program gives you the flexibility that you need to juggle with the rest of life’s stressors but I was impressed that despite the flexibility they are extremely attentive to their students. They were quick to respond with feedback from all my submissions and I would recommend the program to anyone who wants to do a virtual yoga teacher training program!
