The YTTs at My Vinyasa Practice were very detailed and well structured. The knowledge was given to students in a variety of ways, so there is room for everyone to be a student, the one that learns through visuals, the one that learns easier through audio too. The teachers and peer support were helpful, always there for you and ready to assist regarding any doubts etc. I am happy and grateful I took these trainings with MVP, since I consider that it gave the knowledge and self-esteem to work and learn more everyday.

I completed my 300hr yoga certification with MVP. Everyone on staff was encouraging and supportive. They responded to my questions in a timely fashion and the community all around was very welcoming and opened my mind to so many new ideas and class styles possible to use when building my own wellness business.

I am so grateful to Michelle Young, the teachers & peer support for providing thorough yoga teacher trainings, continuing education, ongoing livestream lessons, workshops & so much more! I have completed the following trainings: YTT 200, 300, Hatha YTT 200 & Meditation Level I. I’m currently enrolled in Module I Applied Therapy Bridge & the new Pranayama course. I have found the curriculum for all the classes very organized, logically sequenced & super accessible. The materials are available for life; the prices are a gift & the opportunity to learn yoga at MVP is truly a blessing ✨ 💖💖💖💖💖 MVP

I am so very happy that I made the decision to enroll in the 200 hours and 300 hours teacher training at MVP. That was one of the best decisions I could make in my personal growth! In between I have also signed up for the Pranayama training and I am still surprised every day by the extensive course and the extensive knowledge of Michelle, Ana Pilar and the other teachers.
The extensive choice in the weekend lectures with so many different types of topics and also the depth of the lectures, makes the whole MPV experience even more intense. Thank you for this enrichment in my life!

Loved it! Learned a lot, the help from the staff was amazing, quick, personal and friendly every time I reached out. Recommend.

My experience was great! I was a little confused starting out and what all I needed to log etc. but joining the Facebook group helped out with that a ton! Loved the program and having a peer review person to speak with as well. One of my favorite parts of the program were the lectures! I felt like through the lectures you really get a chance to see the people a part of the program a lot. I am from out of state so this program was great for me even though I was not there in person!

You get what you put in
Very well organized information and easy to self-pace. Focus on all 8 limbs of yoga, not just the physical. Very well informed instructors.

It’s an honor and a pleasure to write a review for MVP! Becoming a certified yoga instructor has been a long time interest of mine and I was so thankful to find MVP and the online platform that could accommodate my busy life as a doctor and a parent. The curriculum and support are above and beyond what I could have ever imagined or expected. I was so thrilled with the program that I decided to continue on with the 300 hour YTT program. I can’t recommend MVP enough! My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!

It was great that I could work through the course at my own pace, as I work a full time job as a school teacher. I found the material, videos, assignments all enhanced my knowledge and understanding. I feel confident to intelligently design and teach yoga classes in a safe, effective and trauma informed way. I have also greatly improved my own personal practice. I feel that the program allowed me to learn the material in multiple ways and I always knew that there were a whole team of instructors available to support me. I look forward to completing further courses through MVP and to continue my journey both personally and as a teacher of Yoga.

I took the online 300 hour in 2021. I was very disappointed in the program as a whole, but particularly the lack of communication.

I had a great class with Michelle. I have my 200 YTT with MVP and was excited to be in Austin and take this class.

I have had such a fantastic experience with My Vinyasa Practice. The instructors are very genuine and approachable. I've been teaching my own classes after finishing my 200 hr ytt and I feel very confident about my abilities. I very much value what I learned about making space for everyone in my class and I feel like this, especially, has made me very successful. I am now working on my 300 hour.

I would not recommend this company for trainings. I've had multiple bad experiences. The people who work there are not knowledgeable about what they are offering; when I asked a few questions about a new program that came out they simply cut and pasted from the website and did not address my questions. When I followed up they ignored me. I also went through a few of their training programs which were low quality. The founder of the program sent out nasty emails several times explaining why she doesn't answer questions. The peer mentors were terrible. Very unkind and unhelpful. The whole program was extremely lacking in actually teaching how to safely and effectively teach yoga. I'm very disappointed with my experience and definitely would not recommend. There are much better companies available.

The easy access online learning provided in-depth knowledge and education. The flexibility to complete the training and not forced to a timeline was greatly appreciated as well. The entire curriculum and design of each module provided me the opportunity to read, listen and practice solidifying the content being delivered. I had a family emergency that delayed my process by 3 months and was still able to complete the 300hr YTT in 15 months. I have other teacher friends who have since enrolled and are working on their 300hr training today.

My experience with MVP was wonderful for so many reasons…variety of content and presenters, resources shared, ease of use and support. So grateful to have completed my 300 hour with MVP!!
