Web-site layout makes it easy to find desired product.

I went to the Namco store in Poughkeepsie to look at patio chairs. The two women working were very helpful. I decided on chairs but they explained the chairs wouldn't be delivered by the store for free but that if I ordered them online they would be delivered. I asked if they would help me place the web order while I was at the store and they did which I really appreciated; especially since it wasn't a sale for their store.

System access and pool selection provided were excellent help.

2/11/23 Update-Sent an email as requested by Namco and got crickets back. I stand by my review!!!!
Namco doesn't want to know you once you purchase a pool from them. I need a liner replacement for a pool that I purchased from Namco and was basically told that they wouldn't "fill my ticket" because they will be too busy with new pool installations. Mind you that I called in January, live in the Northeast, and wouldn't need the replacement done until June so it's not like I called last minute.
I was lucky enough to find another pool company to replace my liner and will most definitely buy my next pool from them. I will not purchase another pool from Namco even though my last two pools were purchased at Namco. No thank you!

Ryan was extremely helpful in choosing the right hot tub. He was that great combination of knowledgeable but not pushy. Everyone I dealt with at Southington Namco was pleasant and helpful.

12/23/22: I will be reaching out to your corporate office about absolutely disgusting and uncalled for service we received from your Southington location. We did not pay $9000 to be treated like garbage by your store manager. We purchased all the recommended coverages only to be told to go outside and fix it ourselves. This isn't over.

Chris, Karen and Ashley were phenomenal. I really appreciate the professionalism and promptness on my repair.

Was promised a tracking number. I never received one and when I emailed them, I received NO REPLY

I had a issue with a pool cover.
Marc worked to get the issue resolved. It’s very hard to find great customer service. I will gladly do business with Namco Pools again.

Namco had the pool cover I wanted and sent it right away. I would do business with this merchant again.

Good cover will use this for years to come

This is so far the best cover I’ve had , me and wife had it up in bout an hour. I love the straps versus eyelets. Seems sturdy, cover is stretched above the pool water , be exciting to see it thru winter.

I don’t you should charge shipping on orders over $100.00.

It was easy to order online. Now lets see if the order is right when it gets and see how long it takes to get here.

I went to Namco in Peabody MA for a broken pump for my above ground pool. I worked with Jacob C. He went above and beyond to fix the problem. His suggestions and customer service was absolutely the best. It is what customer service should be like.

Everything went smoothly and it was very easy to purchase the pool and get the package that I wanted. I purchased my pool online and I got the price that fit my budget thank you Namco pools!

Okay. The website worked better on my mobile than computer. Loading took a bit. Description conflicted with other information listed for the product. The talk to a agent tool was helpful.

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same items online. I sent an email and Marc Kagan responded immediately. He refunded me for my extra item right away. Great customer service.
