Super service!

Lovely , very helpful salesperson went way above any effort I expected and found a patio set to match the one I bought in early spring. Super service both times with this young lady. I believe her name is Destiny. I can’t begin to thank her enough! Great store in Poughkeepsie!

Poor communication-updated

Ordered pool, received email that only showed order # and invoice # nothing else. Since then no communication-nothing to say working on your order, approximately when we can expect it to ship ect

I will update this with saying Marc from Namco is the absolute best! He contacted me back when he said he would. He did everything he could to make us satisfied and he did. So if his boss can get this I would appreciate it, he deserves accolades for his dedication to the customer!

I am not satisfied

I am not satisfied, I bought a pool and the engine was very weak and it was not possible to clean the pool, I went to the store 07/27/2022 to complain and they asked to call the custom service, I did not have good service, I explained about the engine and I did not pay attention. I used it 1 time and I'm still paying for the pool without being able to use it in the summer. I would like to be able to change the pool so my son can enjoy the summer,

My husband and I bought a pool at your…

My husband and I bought a pool at your Albany, Central Ave. location. Michele (spelling?) took such good care of us. She answered all our questions and explained everything with clarity. We could tell that she really cares about her customers and wants them to be satisfied with the product and service. Namco is well represented by Michele.

Poor customer service

There was multiple issues with the install…. I called the Namco store, emailed customer service, called customer service over and over… for 3 weeks with no response. The installers started a fight in our backyard.. there were numerous items missing from my order which I had to drive to the store to pick up… and a complete lack of follow through from the customer service department.

Customer service has left an email and voicemail regarding your liner issue and will reach out again today to help resolve the issue.

Ordered Pool in March with install date…

Ordered Pool in March with install date of June 23. Namco delivered pool about 8 week prior to install...WITH IMPORTANT MISSING PART and a warped piece. Installers could not install. Corporate assured me they were sending another install company and reassured they would be there the following week at least 3 times...They never showed and no phone call. Corporate promised a gift certificate for store...never received one. Also they told me the parts would be sent overnight. This all happened on a Tuesday...I received parts the following Tuesday. Was told I would have a restocking fee for returning pool if that was what I decided to do. I am on my own now for install half way through the summer. BUYER BEWARE!
