DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM If I could give the company a zero, I would! I’m not even sure if this is a legit company or a complete elaborate scam!! I ordered a pair of pajamas, and I’ve received no order confirmation. I’ve tried to contact customer service on all platforms, and I’ve received no response! The money has been taken out of my account.

Bad company, promised to deliver goods within 14 days, ends up months..... and they split into a couple of shipments and when finally one shipment arrived which inside only has one pant, quality is so so bad, the rest of merchandise still do not know where they are. The pant is not like the photo shown on the website. I never had such a bad buying experience. I advise you not to buy from this company. I pay USD 538 for one very bad-quality pant, plus all the missing items they refuse to refund.

I never had such a poor retail experience, until I ordered from Nap Loungewear Order #592274. Same issues that many others stated: I never received a confirmation order via email, I never received notification when it was shipping. I paid $44 to return my items and I have not received a credit yet! UPS confirmed my return was received on their end on March 24th. I sent several emails to customer service and I never heard back. They owe me over $230.

They don't answer their phones or come online for "chat".

Nap Loungewear, please make this right and give me my refund!

Terrible company. The coat I bought (which was over $246 CAD) came in a different color and they won't provide a return label. They expect that the customer pays for shipping and only when the item arrives will they decide if they will reimburse you.Do not purchase anything from them. Not worth the money or the headache.

I returned my item and they never refunded my money.
For as much as you pay for the items you should get better service!

I placed an order for my bridesmaids to wear on my wedding day months ago and after 3 months it finally arrived. They arrived too late for my wedding, and they did not fit the way the size chart said they would. But hey…it happens. However, I have now been waiting on my refund after returning my items for at least 4 months. Please make this right I really would love my money back and it cost over $100 to ship the products to the address provided for returns. DO NOT TRUST THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES

I’ve waited a long time to get my package.
The coat I’ve received looks very cheap. It doesn’t look good. I’ve order size M and it is Very big, I seems to me that you choose the size but everyone are getting universal size, because there is no tag with a size. I don’t recommend!

: I'm already aware that it takes a month or two for shipping and I'm cool with it. They communicated very politely in keeping me in the loop as to when the item I purchased happens to be out of stock and when it's ready for shipment. I have little expectation of the quality of the product since it was my first time shopping from them but oh boy they did not disappoint. I love love the black oversized coat and was getting a lot of compliments from strangers. SO HAPPY!

Similar to many others here, it took around six weeks for my order to arrive, during which time CS was polite but utterly dismissive, would provide no timeline at all as to when I might expect my order.

And I would have let that go, except the dress is now beginning to fall apart after only two washes. The fabric feels heavy and is comfortable, so I was hopeful - but to be on the safe side, am washing on delicate and air drying. Still, it is coming apart at every seam. This dress will not last a year.

Do not ever order from this site, they mislead their customers and take advantage of them. They make their products AFTER you place the order and pay. The items are then produced in china and it takes 2+ months to ship. You will never get a refund if you are not satisfied. Do not trust the positive reviews as they all sound the same and are most likely fake.

BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered two loungewear pants from this company and paid $100+ for each pair only to find that they ship directly from China, it’s quite misleading because I thought they would ship from USA! Not that it matters where the goods are from because I found pretty good quality goods from China as well, but this purchase experience felt like a scam! The pants do not worth it’s price tag and came with super cheap materials which I dare to say they probably would have been sold for $20-30 USD each maximum. That’s the quality difference! They do not look like the quality as shown on the website photos! I will never purchase any goods from Nap Loungewear again! BEWARE BUYERS!

Same as others, I ordered an item for around £250. I received an email saying there would be a delay as it wasn’t in stock. Around 6 weeks later I received an item from china which was absolutely nothing like what I’d ordered and clearly nothing close to £250. I returned it, had to battle for almost 2 months refund. They told me they’d done a refund (which PayPal confirmed they hadn’t) - still no correct item or refund and expect I will never see it.

Great order experience! Customer Service was so responsive in order confirmation and tracking/updates. This sweatshirt is incredible. Great quality and style, just as pictured. I am so happy I ordered and will order again!

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered in October. Months went by it was supposed to be a Christmas present. I then go to ask like hey where is it and they told me oh we don’t have in stock will let you know when we do. I’m already annoyed by the fact that I was able to order it even though it’s not in stock. More months go by and then I email again. They tell me they have already refunded me. They keep telling me that they have refunded me and that now I need to contact the bank. They won’t say which bank, like theirs or mine. I’m down $162 I would NEVER order from them again. Even CIDER (which is like a cheap ish kinda site) did NOT DO ME THIS DIRTY! Just wow. For the price I would at least expect better customer service, or for them to be able to give you refunds just as easily as they can take your money. DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS A SINGLE DIME!
It doesn’t seem like they do everyone dirty, but you only need to do a couple people dirty in order to make quite a killing off of how much each piece of clothing costs. F them. I’m so upset

I have waited over three weeks for my order. I didn't realize that the items were shipped from China. It appears to be an American website and this fact is obfuscated.
Their customer service number does not work either.
I will have to return the item.

I must say I did eventually receive my refund but it was a costly return & was very nervous I wouldn't hear back

I have shopped twice with NAP (dont ask me why.) First time they sent the wrong size, their fault, but I had to pay shipping to return. Second purchase they sent the wrong color. AGAIN, I had to pay shipping to return. BOTH times, I never received replacement or refund. They will soon be out of business. Beware.

I have now ordered 7 Nap Loungewear items. All sweat suits, dresses or sweatshirts.The sizing can differ a bit between styles. Most often it is on the roomy side. I have M to XXL. Only one order took a month to arrive.
The fabrics are very high quality-smooth, soft , durable. The colours are lovely. The styles are trendy and chic. Great to look nice and feel comfy, while lounging at home!

I ordered 4 items and ended up returning 3. I should've returned the 4th item but was too tired to deal with them.

1. Cotton Trench Coat. It came in with missing label and loose buttons. But before I noticed these quality issues, the stinky smell told me that this is a lemon that I need to return it.
2. Fit-Midi Wool Joggers. The item looked so thin and so different than the picture. Returned
3. Ribbed Jersey set. I was informed the item in the color I ordered was not available and asked if I wanted to switch to a different color. Based on the experience with the first 2 items shipped to me, I asked them to cancel this order.
4. Box-Cut Ample Cardi-Whipping Cream: size S. The color is way off. It is way too boxy. I am highly suspicious of the material. Though I bought it with discount, the item was too much overpriced given the poor quality. What % of wool content? What type of wool? Can any explain. The labels were cheaply made and overly simple to explain necessary material content, and cleaning instruction. Can you check the clothing labeling in the US and make sure you are in compliant as well? I paid over 1,500 RBM for a 200 RMB item. This is way beyond ridiculous. However, I didn't want to deal with the return any more. So I kept it.

The company doesn't offer free return, if that's how you operate, you should be out of business here in the US.

You have a great team in building your website, model casting, and influencer casting.

I bought from your brand because of the influence SuggyL. I have nothing against her and still check out her video from time to time. My only advice to her is, "Do you homework before endorsing NAP." It is a disaster and a shame for any influencers to take paid ads without knowing what you are walking into.

I placed two separate orders. The second finally arrived 2 months later, and was disappointingly poor quality. The first never arrived. I checked my email and realized I never received a confirmation, however my credit card was charged. My bank is now disputing the charge. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Buyer beware- don't order with Nap! I don't regal the exact date all this happened. I originally ordered the beginning of December. I disputed the charge about 2 weeks ago.
