I ordered a dress in size small, it was ENORMOUS not big nor baggy but so ENORMOUS it was unwearable. I paid to have it sent back (NOT cheap) and requested a XS. The XS was also way too huge to be wearable. When I let them know this they responded that they have reported the issue to their superiors and a smaller size is likely to happen in the future. When I asked if they would send me one I was told to I would need to send the dress I have back and to “…pay the freight yourself.” Very unimpressed with the lack of concern regarding customer satisfaction. This is the first time I’ve tried this company and can definitely say I do NOT recommend and will not be frequenting again.

I have ordered three times from nap. It does have increased shipping time, but the products are worth the wait. The quality of the materials in their products is high. I particularly love the baggy sweatpants and turtleneck sweatshirts. I wear these weekly and they are so comfortable. I have not noticed a loss in wear in the material with washing them. The sizing is spot on and I would highly recommend the comfort of their products.

I LOVE my oversized hoody from NAP. I wear it all of the time and get so many compliments. It did take a little time to get to me but the tracking app kept me efficiently informed. If you see something you like, it’s worth the wait.

Love items from NAP. I bought 3 cashmere sets. They all good quality but the one I love the most is their more expensive cashmere line . I wear it almost every day at home and wash on the gentle cycle. It’s like new. Got many compliments. The one thing is longer delivery time then usual.

Item received was very small for a size large and no response has been received despite repeated emails to customer service

My purchase from NAP was excellent. It took a couple of weeks to get to me, which was expected, and the quality is REALLY good. My daughter and I have both loved our lounge dresses and have recommended them to family and friends. You never see this kind of quality these days: no pilling, fading, shrinking.

I have already purchased again and am awaiting receipt.

I bought several pieces for my wife who was looking for some nicer items to wear around the house. She loves everything I got her! The cashmere is some of the most comfortable items she owns and wears them all the time. One item was delayed and when I reached out to customer service they let me know and were very responsive. If you have a little patience, you will be rewarded with some very nice clothing.

Love the quality and totally worth the wait! I have ordered two jackets, a silk jumper and a silk tank and I absolutely love everything! The wool jackets will last a lifetime and look great on. The silk tank is a perfect base layer and the silk jumper is gorgeous. I can't wait to make another purchase.

THESE THIEVES SENT AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER THAT IS TAKING A PACKAGE TO ANOTHER CITY IN CHINA AND THE NETRVES TO TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL IT GETS TO THE USA AND THEN PAY TO SEND IT BACK TO THEM FOR REFUND...THESES THIEES. DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM....DISPUTE ALL YOUR CHARGES

Still have not gotten confirmation of shipment of order 197218 made Dec 21 even though the items I ordered are on the UK Nap website (available).

I've asked a half-dozen times for confirmation of order....crickets.

Very disappointing; very poor customer service.

Do not order anything from this company!!! I placed an order in November that I have not received! The tracking app said that my item had been shipped to the city where I lived but not delivered to me. I filed a missing package with the Post Office who informed me they had no record of this package. Customer service responded to my initial message and then just stopped responding./// Order # 573049/// I still have not received an update about my order! Either deliver the order or provide me with a refund.

Dopo il pagamento mi dicono che hanno spedito subito e mi inviano un codice traccia che è il seguente LV686133348CN , capisco da subito che mi spediranno un prodotto cinese, subito delusa per aver speso 200€ per una cappotto cinese! Il cappotto non mi è stato mai consegnato e il sito per tracciare l’ordine mi dice che c’è un errore e non è mai stato spedito. Contatto il servizio clienti che mi invita ad aspettare! Cosa cavolo devo aspettare ancora dopo un mese? Mio marito è avvocato e mi sto muovendo per vie legali! NON COMPRATE SU QUESTO SITO E NON FATEVI INFLUENZARE DALLE INFLUENZER COME ME!!!!!!!

Same experience as everyone else, took 6 weeks to get the order, returned it promptly using their directions almost immediately. It’s been almost six weeks, no return has been processed, five emails and Facebook messages later, absolutely no reply. Incredible. Contacting the Better Business Bureau tomorrow, not a safe business to deal with. Buyer beware!

I am presently seeking legal action against this scam artist company. I ordered two coats for my daughter visiting from California for Christmas. When they said it would not arrive in time(it was ordered in November) I tried to cancel the order. They said they could not. They agreed to pay the shipping fee i had to pay without any problem it was done. However the second coat was received on 1/25 via the tracking number site. I have emailed them everyday, where is my refund,. They give me all kinds of lame responses, " We did not receive the package, what is your paypal account, I do not have a paypal accout, I Paid with a debit card, can you send a picture of the tracking number, even one email said they would refunf me, be patient, to follow uop the next few days saying they were going to deduct the shipping cost that they reimbursed me for the first time, from the second coat. They play mind games with you. My bank is going after them also. They are the absolute worst! Also cannot wait to read the automative response that each complaint has gotten here.

Loved my new sweaters. Very good cashmere. The items took a while to arrive by mail to México but consumer service was great giving me updates on my order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Eventually recieved the order, wanted to return and they just ignore emails. Wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole, clearly scammers who don’t want to refund you once they have your cash.
