They were unable to calibrate the…
They were unable to calibrate the system after fitting the new screen. The manager was supposed to call me on Monday morning, he did not call. I had to get onto the main switchboard and they could not get him to answer the phone so they emailed them, nothing happened. I had to register a complaint the next day and still nothing happened. No one at the Watford Branch ever answers the phone. I have a message now saying that the screen has been ordered, they are completely and utterly useless.

Customer service should be able access stock logs for all deports in there regions
The length of time from request is to Long. You should know what you have in stock, and be able to rely to customer, a true estimate, if a screen needs to be ordered. Also your tracking system is poor.

Dash cam was not reattached to the…
Dash cam was not reattached to the screen properly, after two days the dashcam fell of the screen (and all wiring came out) whilst driving on the Motorway.

The service we received at Watford was very good despite the central reservation administrator neglecting to inform them that we requested 8.30-9.00 drop off. On arrival we were told our booking was for anytime drop off however they accommodated us and the car was finished by lunchtime

Replace windscreen
After a very good start comunications great, my appointment cancelled on the day, then car not automatically rebooked,after about 5-6 calls to the main number, finally got a weekend booking, job done well by the branch.
