Very good quality products.
I order several products from this company and I am very happy with the products. I have recommended the products to friends and family and my clients.
This is an excellent company, shipping is swift and everything comes well packed.

Great company
Great company. Excellent product. The whole family use it. It is really good stuff and especially for anyone who has absorption issues due to the excellent combination of B12.
However, I'd like to see proper backed up by science on their website advice on how much B12 to supplement with each day and why and for different ages. Tge suggested dose of 3000 mcg a day is ridiculous for the average adult when the recommendation is 2500mcg a week! Elderly 1000 mcg a day maybe. Nutrionfacts.org says something different. And even if sublingual B12 works differently, it is still a ridiculous amount to consume each day is it not?!
So you are really not helping here. Just looks like you are potentially pushing more sales of B12 . Expensive urine.
All that said. It's brilliant.
I've given it 3 stars because of my concerns. Otherwise, I'd give 5 stars hands down.

It’s very much why we started Nature Provides; to make a positive difference and empower people to feel their best.
I wanted to respond to your concerns around the dosage of 3000mcg as I understand that this is higher than recommended by the government and nutritionfacts.org
B12 is used in a huge number of biochemical processes in the body and is, I think, underestimated in terms of the body’s needs of this vitamin. Studies show that the dosage for clinical effect is 1500-6000 mcg per day and toxic adverse effects of vitamin B12, even at high doses, has never been reported. It’s for this reason that there is no set upper limit, unlike with vitamins such as vitamin D where toxicity can occur at higher doses.
As a supplement company, our aim is to provide a general, safe recommendation for adults, which can of course be adjusted / lowered as desired by decreasing the number of drops. Personally speaking, as a nutritional therapist, I do see the importance of tailored advice to the individual, but believe that specific advice for varying demographics benefits from taking place in a one-to-one consultation where a full case history is taken. Even within any given demographic, each individual's needs vary due to lifestyle, diet and genetic differences, and it’s for this reason that we only recommend a general safe dose for all adults within the above referenced amounts.
