My b12 257 can’t get any help from doctors. This product is a life saver! I no long have pin and needles in hands or numb fingers.I ran out for a few days started feeling bad but once I started up again it settled down. Just 13 drops under tongue daily and hold as long as you can. Will never use another company!

Excellent customer service from Nature Provides - there was a problem with my order and they replied to my email very quickly and sorted out the problem as fast as they could possibly have done. It's refreshing to deal with a company that really seem to care about their customers. The products are also great quality and made without unnecessary ingredients or fillers.

I get the Bioactive B12 liquid delivered to my mother on subscription every 3 months. She has pernicious anaemia because of Crohn's disease, and always struggled to get her levels right until she started taking this every day along with her regular injections.

The delivery is always on time. The one time that my mother was on vacation and couldn't take delivery, as soon as the package was returned by the postal system I was given a refund and a customer service rep contacted me to make sure I still wanted to keep up with the subscription (I did!)—which I found to be a very refreshing marker of trustworthiness in a world where lots of companies would have just left the subscription running without saying anything.

I'd recommend this company and the product I've used to anyone.

Taking these for recovery after workouts and extremely happy with the results. Good that it’s pure as magnesium mixed with other stuff can be worse than no magnesium at all. Good stuff. Sleeping much better on the night too! Feeling more energetic when I get up in the morning.
