Very good service from all staff at Stockton branch and very good from the young man Liam?
Good product and good service with good prices that's all the customer needs.

Tom at the Warrington store was extremely helpful, polite and I would highly recommend if you go into store as for Tom.

Update since my last review.
My mother in law has been emailed by this company. The way she has been treated is utterly disgusting.
All she asked was to be refunded for her own hard earned money.
She has been sent an appalling email explaining she has three options. If she wants to cancel, this company will keep 25% of the money she has paid for a couch she has NEVER received. If she wants it redelivered its a £99 charge, which again is unjustifiable since the couch wasn't delivered due to driver error, OR to put the icing on the cake, a £99 charge for delivery and £100 admin fee if she wants to choose her own delivery date.
When originally contacting NCF they said any charges would be from the delivery company, not from them. After a phone call with Furdeco, they said it is in fact NCF who are charging her the extra fees.
We have been seeking legal advice on this manner and will be taking it further until my mother in law gets all of her money back.
Highly recommend you look elsewhere for a couch.
The emotional effect this has had on my mother in law is heart breaking to witness. A hard working woman who just wanted to use some of her savings to treat herself to a new couch should not have to endure this.

Morna at the Edinburgh store was great. She was patient with us and provided recommendations. It was nice to look around without the usual pressure of salespeople trying to make a sale.

This is only on the aftersales...the service in the shop was 5 star...delivery was to be 2 weeks..main reason i bought it.no contact at all...called after 3 weeks...on hold 30 mins every time...sent email...once i got through was told..thats its NOW booked for collecton in another week.was it not already..?..then they will arrange delivey with you..😡...was it not already booked...so at least another week with no suite...great at seelling...poor on delivery...

I am seeing a couple of themes on the 1* reviews that I am experiencing myself. Bought on finance 6 chairs from Bradford 10 days ago with no indication on when they will arrive. Customer service yesterday were unable to provide any help beyond "it's not been scanned in to the Wearhouse". However the lady at the customer support team @ NCF was genuinely very friendly and tried to help as much as she could. My concern is that in 4 days I loose my section 66a of the consumer credit act. I will be cancelling my order as they simply cannot give me any indication of delivery. I have also noticed that NCF are only replying to the 5* reviews but leaving the 1* without any comment. From my experience I could not recommend this company as being reliable presently.
