ZERO STARS to Ashraf who works at the Lakeside store. I came in today to enquire about my order which is now taking 6 months and still has not been delivered. Ashraf was speaking very rude to me and was shouting back when I asked him about my order. This person clearly has no clue about customer service and once you give this company your money even the store staff has no respect to you. Shocking, shocking, shocking!

visited the merry hill store on saturday and dealt with stacey, she was so helpful and really approachable, gave fantastic service and i cant wait for my new sofa to arrive.

post: ["we are going through the hell of ever dealing with this company, they should be shut down. we spent 1,898 pounds. the settee came fully assembled which could not get into the lift and we are on the fith floor and the delivery drivers dont do stairs, and i notice that was not in there so called terms and conditions. so we had to cancel on the that morning, going back to the shop they coherced my partener to get another sofa which she felt vulnerable and pressurised even knowing the first delivery would not get access the sale person said it would arrive flat packed but it was delivered fully assembled. now they have refunded 949 pounds and stated that we agreed to a 50% refund which was not true so is that what this company does they lie about a settee being flat packed delivered and because it could not be delivered to our flat it's our fault. the sales person in the shop tried and persuaded my partner to choose a different settee at the time she felt vulnerable and felt pressurised at the time.but i got it cancelled almost imediately. so a cancellation on the day because they lied means that they are entitled to keep 1000 pounds of our money i dont think so. and what terms and conditions are they talking about we never cancelled on the day because we changed our mind or never liked the colour,it could not be delivered simple, so full refund plse not this ridiculous half payment made. And i'm not convinced by all these positive comments i have seen hundreds of disgruntled customers comments about this company not on trust pilot. i want a full refund as we did nothing wrong to warrant them refunding half of our money back. the only thing we did wrong was ever dealing with this company. , so as far as i'm concerned, if they do not refund all the balance i will be posting what i have dicovered about this company i will put on other social media we have no settee down a thousand pounds and they have a new settee never delivered while we are 1000 ponds out of pocket.👎👎"]

Jackie was brilliant making the process feel smooth and without pressure. Questions were answered clearly and the flexibility of payment options were explained well.

Richard st the Edinburgh store was very friendly and helpful all aspects of sale was clear and concise highly recommend Richard above and beyond with his service Carolyn Scott

Ordered and paid for dining suite and sofa - had confirmation goods in the warehouse on the 6th. Assured I would hear about delivery “within days”. Chased the store 13th - apologies etc and a promise I would get a call that day. No call. No furniture.

Customer Service does NOT exist

Wrote a review previously but this company have made no attempt to actually resolve the issue:
- 16x1hr phone calls
- 3 in store visits (with timelines of communication not met)
- Requested Management follow up and further failure to meet this request as well

"We're working hard to resolve this and have asked our customer services team to urgently look into this matter" <-- this was the response AFTER we've had 2 bot style responses saying "asking for update from delivery partners" with at least a 4 day gap between those responses.

It does not take 4 days to ask where a sofa is - it does however take 4 days for someone to not do their jobs properly.

For anyone wondering how to get your money back if you got finance with them - reach out to your finance provider and advise them they are in "breach of contract", which is what my sister in law will be doing unless some tangible action is taken and a meaningful response is given.

Nesrin from Rugby store was really helpful and friendly. She helped us to choose a nice and comfortable sofa. She processed everything smoothly.

Mark was extremely helpful, made my first sofa buying experience a memorable one and took all the stress off! Will be recommending NCF to everyone and Mark :)

The service we received from Tristan in Manchester was absolutely satisfactory. Decent value for money..
