I originally called Neater Heat because my boiler had broken down. The receptionist was responsive and the appointment to attend simply arranged. On arrival, the operative was polite, professional and knowledgeable and sought to repair was turned out to be a terminal problem.

The recommendation was that the boiler be preplaced; Neater Heat's advice was proffered in a well mannered way and, having compared their prices with the wider market, I was comfortable that they were competitive.

Again, arrangements for delivery and installation were make quickly and efficient. Communication was excellent.

The installation took a single day. The quality of the install was very good; the ancillary brickwork and other minor works required were done very well. All waste was taken off site and the house was left clean and tidy throughout.

All of my dealings with Neater Heat were professional and cordial. I'm in the real estate business and I have seldom come across a better contractor in any field.

The young man who came to repair our toilet cistern could not have been more helpful and polite, as was the office staff who booked the appointment.

A couple of minor problems with the install. They were dealt with efficiently the next day

They got the job done very efficiently. They needed a part, went out to get it and fitted it, all within the visit. The system was quite old - about 50 - 60 years and probably older than the engineer, yet the engineer was unfazed and the repair to refit the thermostat was effective. Well done.

I was offered an appointment to service my boiler within a couple of days. Neater Heat Ltd has a very good communication, as they emailed and messaged me about my appointment. They also sent me a reminder. On the day, the engineer arrived within the booked slot. He was very thorough in the work and was very professional. I highly recommend the company. I will be using them again.

The team of engineers fitted a new boiler and completely renovated my heating system to the highest standard possible. A great service from end to end. The team were highly knowledgeable in their field, and kept us thoroughly informed throughout. They hit the ground running, and were hard at work from arrival to completion - always happy to answer any questions we had along the way.
Upon completion, we were given a full rundown of the work completed - the work looks very 'neat', living up to their name, and the house looks miles better for it.
Over all, very happy and would highly recommend to anyone.

Superb job by Josh & Jamie to unblock our central heating, which required not just a powerflush, but because some pipes were so badly blocked they had to be cut out and replaced. They clearly understood what was wrong with several aspects of our system - and corrected these at the same time, with the final result being a warm house and all the radiators working for the first time in a few years.
They were clean and efficient and cleared up at the end of a long day leaving everything as they found it. Truly excellent service and I would recommend them and the Company to anyone.

Exceptional & professional service. Responded quickly to installing a new boiler and hive unit when ours packed up leaving us with no heating or hot water. Engineers that came were lovely, cleaned up after themselves and did a brilliant thorough job. Highly recommend

New boiler installed last year. Helped us with deciding which was best boiler for us and install went very smoothly. One year on they have returned to service boiler. No problems. Excellent efficient service will be using them every year from now on

Really glad we found Neater Heat. Great service every time. This time it was a Sunday with sudden boiler failure - they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem fast (a broken fan) and amazingly managed to pick up the part on Monday morning so we only had one rather chilly night. Then, when I was concerned the boiler was making an odd noise in the following days they came out really quickly to check it, reassured me that the vibration wasn't a serious issue and solved it straight away. Every different person we have met from Neater Heat has been personable and polite, cleared up after themselves perfectly - everything you could want.
