A very prompt and friendly service, explained everything really clearly and even put up with the dog ‘helping’!!

An engineer was available same day, when British Gas had a 3 day wait. He worked until almost 10pm to fix the problem and was polite and consulted us throughout. Very happy.

It makes a huge difference that you can book a 1 hour slot. Communication is excellent and the engineer was polite, professional and tidy.

Quite a few visits to solve the problem. However a very responsive team and seem well managed.

My boiler stopped working, and a very friendly engineer turned up about two hours after I made the call.
He fixed the problems and recommended a service.
A few days later, it was serviced, and now works better than ever.
Can't fault Neater Heat!

Had 2 boilers in 2 houses and boiler 1 was perfect so 5 stars - Boiler 2 had some snagging which was dealt with well. I would use Neater Heat again and the customer service on the whole as well as the work was very good.

Really pleased with Ash's work and his professional manner when he performed our boiler service. He went beyond our expectations when he bled a radiator and then re-balanced the system pressure at the combi-boiler. He also gave helpful advice about potentially installing a heat-source pump. I'd use them again and recommend them to you.

Asked for boiler and fire service and given appt for a week later which was fine. Had text to say engineer (Matthew) was on his way, although only a two minute warning so could have been a bit more! No issue really as I was home but worth mentioning. Matthew was quite young looking but he was brilliant, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and tidy; I could not have asked for better. Service was really efficient and Matthew identified a small gas leak in the fire pipe work which he resolved so felt reassured. Overall I would say the whole experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend and use again.
