I recently bought a Neatsvor robot...

I recently bought a Neatsvor robot vacuum and it is been a really helpful addition to my home. It navigates rooms quite well and handles dust and pet hair better than I expected. Setup was simple, and the app control makes scheduling easy. So far, it is been reliable and saves me a lot of time on daily cleaning.

I came across Neatsvor while comparing robot vacuums and decided to give it a closer look. The website is clear and informative, and it’s obvious the company is focused on its own development and manufacturing. The robot vacuum performs well, cleans thoroughly, and feels reliable. Considering the price, the quality is impressive. Definitely a brand worth trusting.

Achtung – absolut keine Kaufempfehlung!

Ich rate dringend davon ab, bei diesem Unternehmen einzukaufen. Die GerÀte sind qualitativ extrem schlecht – aber noch schlimmer ist der unterirdische Kundenservice.

Mein Roboterstaubsauger war von Anfang an fehlerhaft:

Er saugt und wischt kaum

Es kommt so gut wie kein Wasser heraus

Er fÀhrt unkontrolliert gegen Möbel, wirft GegenstÀnde um und stÃŒrzt Treppen hinunter – trotz angeblicher Sensoren

WLAN-Probleme und oft keine Reaktion beim Einschalten

Ich habe den Kundenservice direkt kontaktiert, inklusive Beweisvideos. Mein Anliegen: RÃŒcksendung oder Ersatz – beides wurde nicht akzeptiert, trotz laufender Garantie.

Der Kundenservice ist ein absolutes Desaster:
Man schreibt wochenlang hin und her, ohne eine Lösung. Und dann – wie aus dem Nichts – bekommt man plötzlich die Nachricht: „Hallo, wie kann ich Ihnen behilflich sein?“
Als hÀtte man noch nie Kontakt gehabt. Alles beginnt wieder von vorn. Man schildert das Problem erneut, schickt erneut dieselben Infos und Videos – und nach weiteren Wochen wieder dieselbe Nachricht: „Wie können wir helfen?“

Das Ganze ist eine klare Hinhaltetaktik. Man wird immer wieder auf Anfang gesetzt, bis man irgendwann entnervt aufgibt. Es wirkt fast, als sei das System dahinter.

Mein Fazit: Spart euch Ärger, Zeit und Geld. Lasst euch nicht von Werbevideos tÀuschen. Auch wenn hier öffentlich Kommentare à la „ Es tut uns Leid.Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns, wir kÃŒmmern uns darum“ erscheinen – das stimmt schlichtweg nicht. Meine Erfahrung spricht eine andere Sprache.

3-year warranty is a joke – no response at all

I bought a Neatsvor S600 robot vacuum directly from their official website in September 2022. The product stopped working completely and is still under their advertised 3-year warranty.

I contacted support and followed all instructions: I sent the invoice, video proof, and detailed description. After that – total silence. No one replies anymore.

This kind of treatment is extremely disappointing, especially from a company that promotes "72-hour after-sales support" and "EU service center".

Even more surprising is the lack of basic communication, which seems very out of character for a company based in China – where customer service and reputation are usually taken seriously.

So, is this “warranty” just a marketing gimmick?

Until now, I’ve been ignored. If I don’t receive support soon, I’ll proceed with legal action and chargeback through my bank.

Buy with caution – once something breaks, you might be on your own.

I sincerely hope someone will finally give me a reason to update this review – after waiting a month and a half in silence.

Indeed, I did not purchase from Neatsvor Norway – I bought directly from Neatsvor.com, your global official store, which delivers to the EU and advertises a 3-year warranty.

My case is not about your local service, but about the lack of support from the main Neatsvor global team, which has ignored all of my emails for over a month, despite me sending everything they asked for.

If you are connected with the global support team in any way, I would appreciate it if you could forward my complaint internally, as it seems no one is responding from their side.

For clarity: this review is not about your local webshop – it is about the official Neatsvor global brand and their failure to honor their warranty.

A qualidade é muito fraca

A qualidade é muito fraca, comprei o x950pro com 3 anos de garantia, nem 1 ano durou, problemas de conexão com bluetooth e Wi-Fi, motor de deposito da água avariou e por fim wifi acabou por deixar de funcionar. Reportei o problema ao suporte por mail, e via whatsapp, queriam que enviasse o aspirador bem como a base central onde reserva o pò para a alemanha o custo de envio eram 75€ disseram que só reembolsariam em 20€. Reportei o problema em inicio de Março e hoje dia 23 de Abril, depois de todas as trocas de mensagens via whatsapp acabei por desistir. A qualidade do aspirador é extremamente fraca, o suporte tecnico e pòs venda é um pesadelo. Não recomendo compra a esta empresa Neatsvor que se intitula chinesa mas na realidade tem suporte técnico e pos venda partilhada com a Russia. Foram 399€ para o lixo.

Desilusão

Como maioria dos clientes do primeiro modelo x600 e pro o robÎ aspirador deixou de reconhecer as aplicações e (weback e neatvor) não mapeando nem permitindo controlar o aspirador de forma alguma.

EnttÀuschend

Nach 3 Roborocks habe ich mir den Neatsvor S600 gekauft, um mal nicht bei Chinesen zu kaufen. Total enttÀuscht. Saugkraft relativ gut. Schafft viele Schwellen nicht, die die Roborocks geschafft haben. LÀsst vieles liegen, was eigentlich nicht schwer zu saugen wÀre. Der nÀchste wird wieder ein Roborock!

Une App épouvantable !!

L'ergonomie de l'application pilotant ce robot aspirateur est une horreur. A priori il dispose de superbes fonctionnalités mais il est impossible depuis deux ans de le faire fonctionner convenablement !
Il ne retrouve pas sa base et se perd dans la maison. A vivement déconseiller !

O meu aspirador avariou e não me deram solução!

Comprei um aspirador online em novembro de 2023 e em abril de 2024 avariou. o aspirador deixou de se conectar ao wifi, a placa do wifi avariou. entrei imediatamente em contacto com a marca e ando até hoje (fevereiro de 2025) a trocar emails e mensagens por whatsap e não há maneira de me arranjarem uma solução! Já enviei dezenas de vídeos onde se vê que não conecta! É desgastante! Gostei imenso do aspirador e agora que preciso de uma solução não há ajuda! quando contactei pela primeira vez a marca ainda estava dentro da garantia e nada! Agora já não sei se ainda está dentro da garantia pois faz mais de um ano que o comprei!
Estou muito triste, desapontada! Tenho o aspirador parado em casa e foi tão caro!

- Kundendienst meinte, dass es der Akku sei...habe nochmal knapp 50€ fÃŒr neuen Akku in den Sand gesetzt.
- Kundendienst meint, bestimmt falscher Akku
- Nachweis ÃŒber richtigen Akku--> keine Reaktion auf Akku, Kundendienst behauptet jetzt, dass der Roboter nicht startet, ansonsten...nix!
Habe langsam die Nase voll, werde einen letzten Versuch starten und den Blödsinn dann meinem Anwalt Ìbergeben. Das Unternehmen versucht sich hier massiv aus der Garantieleistung zu ziehen.

Worst Customer Service Ever

I have never dealt with worse customer service in my life. My robot would not charge, wash, or self empty and also had trouble mapping and finding the base. I contacted the customer support, sending numerous emails and videos of the problems. I have received very emails with very poor grammar and often not making much sense at all, and they are clearly not watching the videos or reading the emails as they completely disregard the problems I mention and ask for more videos of the broken robot. This has been going on for weeks now and I have not received any solution for the issues. The robot is still under guarantee as I only have it a few months. I do not recommend this to anyone absolutely awful product and service.

Honte à Neatsvor Home

J'ai un S600 depuis un an. SI le hardware du S600 est probablement convenable, l'application Neatsvor Home, censée le piloter, est une catastrophe !
Le menus apparaissent dans des langues étranges, la documentation est incompréhensible, l'ergonomie nulle. Depuis plusieurs jours mon S600 fait n'importe quoi, ne retrouve plus sa base et semble avoir perdu la compréhension de la carte car il erre dans la maison sans respecter les consignes.

communication, order delay

The order did't arrive on time, when I contacted the seller, he said that I would have to wait ~ 3 more weeks. I said that it did't suit me and I was canceling the order. He said that he understood and would refund the money. Two days later I received a message that the courier would deliver the package to me. I contacted the seller again and repeated that the order was canceled, they did't inform me about the changed information, and I had already purchased the item from another seller. They replied that I had to accept it and if I wanted to I could return it. Why should I accept an order that had already been canceled?
And they argue and lie. I don't want to order anything again, no matter what prices they offer. Tragedy.

Avoid absolutely not worth it

Avoid not worth it. My hoover is useless now for the last 6 months just sitting there at the corner not being able to turn it on.
It was working well but the battery needed to be replaced after 14 months.
After I contacted customer service they send me link so I can purchase the battery. Over 5 months later emailing and contacting customer support they wasn’t able to find my order even though the payment was taken from my account. I never received order confirmation email and didn’t think that I will need to screenshot the purchase confirmation after paying. They wasn’t helpful at all and wasn’t able to do anything for me
. To loose 50e for battery is fine but what to do with useless hoover??
So disappointing
