Loving my X11 2-in-1 Teleprompter
I picked up a newer X11 2-in-1 Teleprompter. It is everything I need to use it in my office or at a client location. I had some technical issues, but Neewer was responsive and exceeded my expectations. They followed up later on to see how things were working out. Also, buying direct from Neewer's website doubled the warranty to two years!
The delivery was fairly prompt as well!
All in all, the X11 2-in-1 Teleprompter is a great value, easy to use and I will enjoy what it brings to my digital marketing adventures!

Worth it as a beginner definitely upgrade for the extra price it’s worth it . But replace the silk backgrounds with paper ones

Documentation on how to connect flash…
Documentation on how to connect flash to trigger is small, difficult to read and confusing. Customer service to return items is very poor.

The Z flashes rock!
I have bought all three "Z" speedlights from Neewer, and they have done the job remarkably. They are long-lasting and reliable. What you get for the price is great! The same thing in another brand is three times the price.

The stand bend over with the weight of…
The stand bend over with the weight of the lighting and modifier, it looks weird and unsafe, I haven't found a way to keep it straight and Im not talking about sand bags on the other side. The pile looks like curved

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Neewer. I ordered studio lights from their European warehouse with a “fast shipping in 3 days” option, but it’s now been 12 days, and they still haven’t arrived.
To make things worse, I ordered three lights but only received one so far. Meanwhile, accessories (lamp stands) that I ordered after the main order arrived quickly - so clearly shipping isn’t the issue across the board.
This kind of inconsistency and delay is extremely frustrating, especially when you rely on equipment for work. At this point, the “fast shipping” promise feels misleading.
Very poor logistics and communication. Would not recommend.

Trolley pour caméras de super qualité. Je le recommande. Nous avons pû mettre 2 caméras Blackmagic pocket cinéma avec 2 objectifs + rail , batteries etc... Sans problème.
