Overall the materials are alright but in terms of their practicality out of 4 items that I purchased I found 2 to be useful and I am happy I ordered them.
Video Panel Light and V Mount Battery turned out to be valuable investments. I am not satisfied with the flexibility and the sturdiness of NEEWER TL253A+MH022 Upgraded Tabletop Camera Mount Stand and NEEWER TP35 Flexible Mini Tripod with Remote. They didn't support my Sony camera and I had to deal with the camera shakes after recording a few videos.

Customer service was quick and very responsive. I hooe nobody has issues but if they do let it be with this company. Excellent product works well with my camera. Shipping was very timely and it was packaged very well

We ordered a new AP150C LED Panel Video Light from the Neewer store on Amazon.com. What arrived here was a USED light, tape removed from the outer box flaps, power cable loosely thrown in, plastic bag around the unit removed and wadded up at the bottom of the box, adhesive plastic film removed and missing, fingerprints on the unit. Neewer doesn't provide access to humans by phone and does not answer its contact form in a timely manner. When we returned the unit to exchange for a new one, Amazon let us know the refund for this one could take up to a month since it has to bounce through Neewer (if Amazon handled the transaction directly it could have issued an immediate refund). Very disappointing experience.

I normally get my Neewer items from Amazon but Neewer.com had a better price on the tripod I wanted. Shipping was super fast and I am very happy with the product. I will continue to order directly from Neewer for my future needs.

I bought the 30watt RGB inflatable tube light. The order was easy, shipping was reasonably fast and so far the light is amazing. It could use a longer charging cable, or specs on what other cables could be used. I’d love to be able to power these from a wall adapter or an external battery for longer life
