From the first phone call the neo cremations staff were excellent. They were kind, considerate and thoughtful as well as being extremely helpful. They kept me posted throughout everything and ensured that my well being was always being considered too. I truly believe my dad got the fuss free send off he wanted but with kindness and dignity from the neo cremations team. The planting of a tree in the Caledonian Forest is a superb way to remember loved ones and the Certificate is a lovely touch.
I can not recommend these guys highly enough !

My husband died at home phone neo and they responded straight away within two hours Steve was taken away and Jennifer got us through the whole process without me worrying about anything. Neo employees were very respectful , caring and informative what was going on all the way. Jeremy was also very caring when he delivered ashes back to me. After recently losing my dear mom I was glad of the support..guidance and care from Holly.. Claire and colleagues at Neo..updates by phone and email at every stage..sorting all the formalities.. Paperwork etc..it truly helped..a lovely certificate of tree planted for mom 🌳 💚 lovely Claire delivering moms ashes personally..thankyou for holding my hand from a distance all through 💛

My wife passed away at the beginning of November after a brief illness. We both chose for Neo to carry out the arrangements as it was important that they shared the same ethos as us, with regard to it being a carbon neutral process, combined with the regeneration of forest and subsequent new life. From the very first communication with Holly prior to my wife passing, to the point where her ashes were returned to me, late in the evening at great inconvenience to herself by Jenn. The whole process was dealt with in a very sympathetic manner with excellent communication and which provided me with comfort that my wife's final journey was made with the utmost courtesy and care for which she deserved.
I can only thank you for that and cannot recommend your services highly enough.

Mum passed in a care home in July. Jenn at Neo Cremations arrange mum journey back to my home.
Jenn help through the details and kept me informed of mum's journey, answered my questions, giving me all the information I would need. Mum took her last journey home to me with Jenn. It was nice to see the person who had given me such help and support. I cannot thank her and her colleagues enough for their kindness, help and support

My Aunt sadly passed away in a care home at 2 am on a Sunday morning and had made arrangements for a direct cremation with NEO. NEO were great on the day and have been fantastic with great communication and compassionate support, with Jenn being absolutely brilliant as mentioned in other reviews. We had trouble with the death certificate and she took care of all of the issues with the GP practice which as I work with them, i know how difficult this can be. She is a real asset to the company. I would highly recommend to others and certainly be thinking of this for myself and family. Many thanks to everyone at NEO for making this difficult time soo much easier

Neo Cremations and more specific Jenn have made a sad and confusing time a lot easier, especially seeing as I live in South Africa and my father who passed on the 25th August 2021 was alone in England. I got great comfort knowing that my Father was being taken care of with respect and care. I found the process of having my father cremated to having his ashes repatriated back to South Africa very smooth. I am so grateful to have him back with his family and that my father's last flight was a successful one. He loved to travel. Thank you Neo Cremations and Jenn for everything you have done. I cannot recommend you all enough.

I first contacted Neo cremations regarding my mother who was in palliative care, at the beginning of August. I received calls, texts and emails from Jenn, with information about how they work and what to do when the time arrived. The whole ethos of the company seemed to reflect how my mother viewed the world, ethical, caring, sustainable, and most importantly, kind to nature. My family agreed that Neo seemed a trustworthy company with integrity and we decided to go with them and told them of our plans, providing them with all information requested regarding my mother's situation.
My mother died at 7pm on 29th August, the Sunday of the long weekend. I made my first call to Neo soon after and left a message. I then called throughout the night, on the office number and on Jenn's mobile. I left voice messages, text messages and a FaceBook message. I gave up trying to contact them around 4am when I then had to look for an alternative. I spoke to the doctor and the nurses when they arrived, both showed concern and surprise that there was no response to my calls. They gave me the name of a local company who I called, they arrived within 2 hours.
At approximately 10.30 am the next morning, the 30th, I got a call from, if I remember correctly, Benjamin from Neo. He apologised and said he had seen 'all of my messages' and asked if there was anything he could do. I told him he was too late. There was no reason offered as to why they had not answered any of my calls or messages.
This experience was dreadful, I had put trust in this company and expected so much more. Perhaps if a person dies on a public holiday they don't have the staff available to deal with the situation.

My dearest mother died suddenly and unexpectedly in August this year. Jennifer was fantastic, an exceptional empathetic person, a helping hand guiding me through such a painful time. What I found most reassuring is that I felt mum's body was being taken care of, with respect and dignity, which were very important to me. How wonderful to be kept informed throughout her last journey, I felt completely comfortable, and at ease. Fantastic to know that mum who loved nature and who could spend hours in her garden, that a tree has been planted in her name, I know she would be thrilled to be giving back to the planet she called home. A huge thank you to Claire who delivered mums ashes to me, the kindness and care she showed is undoubtedly what makes Neo cremations exceptional. I have given 5 star but would have given a higher star if possible. My father passed away middle of July and his ceremony was 4th of august. Through out this sad time, I have been kept informed of every process with both empathy and consideration. I have asked many questions, all of which were answered fully and very quickly. I have absolutely no problem recommending this company and this type of funeral as it was made totally stress free. Thank you so very much for all of your help.

Exceptional service from a team of people who make you feel like they have scooped you up in their arms and are gently guiding you through what is without doubt a truly awful time. My contact at NEO Cremations was Holly who gave me the care and reassurance I desperately needed when deciding to go down the unattended cremation route. I was absolutely certain it is what my mum would want but I was still worried and fretful that other people wouldn't understand. Holly helped me through this and I would say to anyone reading this - remember what you choose to do, how you choose to say goodbye is not for others, it is for your loved one and you. The planting of the tree lifted this whole upsetting time into a celebration of how much I loved and still love my mum. Thank you with all my heart Holly and Jeremy xx

I could not praise jenn and Jeremy any more , as such a difficult time I had jenn at the end of a phone with a beautiful , sympathetic, and calming voice , which always put me at ease , so thank you from the bottom of my heart jenn , going through this process with you was a smooth , calm process , and I couldn’t recommend them anymore , thank you all
