Nomad Travel Mug - Junk
Run, don’t walk, away from anything with Nespresso on it. Have been using the Nomad Travel Mug shipped directly from Nespresso. However, the spring loaded top stopped working after a few months. Contacted Nespresso for a replacement top, but they refuse to stand behind their product. They want to me to purchase an entire new mug to get a new top. Poor customer service - Have your customers buy another mug that may also stop working.
Best customer service I’ve had from a New Zealand company
Had an issue with my Veutro machine that just broke: the guy in the phone instantly sent me a new one that arrived the next day - and said to dispose the old one. Great at clearing up general queries and they are fast!
When most companies would go through a slow exchange or repair process and 4 weeks later say it’s your fault.

Ik drink al een twintigtal jaar enkel Nespresso. Elke dag enkele koffies. Ik was altijd tevreden over de service en nog meer tevreden over de super lekkere koffies.
Ik heb meer dan dertig kopjes uit de Pixie-collectie en ze zijn allemaal nog in perfecte staat. Ik was ze wel met de hand af, niet in de vaatwas.
Ook m’n andere Nespresso-artikelen, zoals de melkopschuimer, zijn van heel goeie kwaliteit.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered stuff online and canceled my ordered just a few hours after it was placed. I was told it was canceled but saw the chargers were taken out of my account 3 days later. I called about the charges and they said they would be refunded about 2 days later. The refund never came so I called back and they told me because they already shipped it I had to wait until they received the package back until i got my refund. So because their customer service is incompetent I’m out the money on that order for two weeks. For a company that’s supposed to be “high end” I’m very dissatisfied with them and how they handle their returns. As much as I love their coffee I will not be buying there products anymore!

I said ok fine, I was on the phone for 50 minutes every time I gave them a call, their super slow, their phone has problems you can hear them barely, I really got headache cause I was explaining everything to one person for like 5 time and that person kept asking the questions that I already have the answers, they’re dumb, the people that are working for Nespresso are dumb

Remboursement très en retard, d'ailleurs j'attend toujours ! On me dit toujours des choses différentes, on me fait patienté, et j'attend toujours que le remboursement se fasse ! On me donne des crédits de 10$ mais rien ne se fait. Service client très ordinaire ! Je ne recommande pas car tant qu'à moi je retournerai toute ce que j'ai acheté....
Worst customer service experience
My nespresso vertuo next machine is defective with a continuous rapid orange blinking light. I previously tried descaling and resetting the device without any success. I called customer service and I experienced two separate agents who were very disrespectful, unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful.
My second customer service agent made me dispose of a brand new descaling agent in my water tank stating that in order to reset the device I needed fresh water in the tank. After I did that and the method did not work, I asked whether I can receive a refund on my descaling kit that he made me dump and responded with a "no refund." Shortly afterwards, he just hung up on me. When I tried calling back, I was led directly to voicemail meaning that they recognized my number and hung up on me.
This was absolutely the worst customer service experience I've seen and its shocking that its coming from such a renowned company like nespresso.

I have now wasted 1 1/2 hours trying to purchase coffee pods from this company. I was not able to do it online as my e-mail address wasn't recognized. I tried calling the phone number for customer service. After repeating all information several times, the agent could not get my credit card to go through. I called the card company and there was no problem with the card. I am totally frustrated with so much wasted time and no help that accomplished anything. I give up.

Online nespresso is a scam. I would give zero star. Order something for my friend this Christmas. My order never shipped and shows awaiting for carrier to pick up. They didn’t deliver the order or give you any updates, This company is total scam. Customer service is horrible and very rude. Better off call credit card company to dispute the charge.
Terrible customer service
Placed an order for my coffee which I always get within 2 days. Six days later and nothing even though the tracking gave me a specific date. The delivery date just kept changing. I call Nespresso and spend 30 minutes on the phone voicing my concern and am told not to worry, i will be getting it the next day and still nothing. I call again and all the rep does is repeat back what i'm saying but cant find a solution to the problem. She just keeps saying that i will eventually get my order. I am so mad at the horrible customer service. Will be switching to Keurig to save myself the headache!

Great coffee but their $25 coupon with every machine purchased is terrible. Seriously it’s an hour of my life that I will never get back trying to claim the $25. I’m sure it’s easy for someone who knows the steps but navigating the promo for the first time is time consuming. Find a better promo please.

3 weeks after ordering still no machine was told it was in a backlog and would be sent in 48 hours. Christmas here and gone and no coffee machine. Shocking poor service. Waiting 3 weeks and they have no follow up to say being delayed is poor to say the least. Never again

Première commande passée le vendredi et annulée le mardi d'après, la machine n'étant pas en stock. Le service client Twitter a été ensuite très réactif et a créé une deuxième commande le mercredi sur les mêmes produits. La seconde commande a été préparée et envoyée dans la même journée. La machine et les capsules ont été reçus le vendredi en parfait état.

I am giving 3 stars only because the supv. did the right thing. My story: bought an aerochino because my old one was acting up. Got it. My old one seemed to come back to life. I called to return the new one. No problem, got email instructions, etc. I went to FedEx and returned it (on my dime). It was rec’d. Chked AMEX, no refund. Called them. They will look into it and I “should” get an email. Give it 1-3 days. I gave it 5 & called again. Was advised that refund takes 6-7 business days. Checked today (we are now 10 business from my 1st call). I was supposed to give them my tracking #…REALLY😳 First time I’ve been told that. Gladly gave it. Now I must wait 3-5 business days. BUT…I spoke with a supv. who, as a gesture of good will, credited my Nespresso account toward future purchases. That was the right thing to do
Poor Customer Service
Ordered a machine over two weeks ago. Extremely poor customer service that keep saying it will be delivered the next day even though the order says it is still “being processed” and they can’t provide me with any tracking information.
Stay away! You will not get what you ordered!
I placed an order and was told it would arrive in 1-2 days. It didn't arrive. I called customer service multiple times and was given multiple different dates of delivery. It is now 12 days later and I still have not received my order! The customer service call center is manned by the WORST representatives in the industry! I'm reporting fraud and disputing the charge!
Nespresso makes it very hard to repair your machine
I have a Nespresso Citiz machine. It has been dripping for a while, so after laborious research and troubleshooting, i found out on sources not related to Nespresso that the machine's brewing unit could be damaged (Nespresso barely have any noteworthy troubleshooting info in the machine's catalogue or their website). Since I had disassembled the machine (contrary to Nespresso's indications not to for whatever shady reason they don't want you to open the machine, including a very hard to find special oval head screwdriver i paid 15$ which is needed top open their machine), I thought about changing the brewing unit myself. I called them and their agent (who was courteous and nice by the way), told me they could help me with spare parts. He could not find the sku for my spare part anyway. I informed him that recently I had called them and during the call they said that they could fix my unit, which means, as I insisted, that they DO have the replacement part in stock but they do not want to sell it to consumers (again, shady practice, like usual by the Nestlé group). So, not sure what is so hard about selling a spare part you have to the public? Why incur such an environmental cost of having to throw away the machine, or having to send back and forth a heavy machine for repair?
