I am shocked at how bad this company is
Ordered a Vertuo machine and some pods around Black Friday . 2 weeks later the order is supposedly shipped but still “ processing”. BTW they charge your credit card immediately even though they know it hasn’t shipped yet. Called customer disservice today and she claims the courier they use has been a huge issue. She claims she’ll send my order in 2 days via UPS. Sure you will. I told her to tell her superiors they have a huge customer dissatisfaction issue and if they don’t take it seriously they are going to lose a ton of clients. Go on their website and look at the reviews on their Vertuo Next machines. These have been an absolute disaster for them and yet there are 2 five star reviews. Lol. This company is immoral and unethical and should be forced into bankruptcy .
Painful then happy ...
Broken very expensive Latissimo machine - they said they sent a replacement machine. It never arrived. 3 weeks later and 6 phone calls to the company , I was told that they never sent it. I had to wait on hold to get approved for a refund and let's see if it happens within the 7 days they promised. OUCH. UPDATE: After lots of back and forth , they sent me a new and more expensve machine gratis. Very happy now.

Malheureusement du point de vue service a la clientele pour l’achat de café c’est plus que médiocre je suis totalement insatisfaite et regrette fortement d’avoir acheté une machine Nespresso…..
Lors de mon premier appel ils n’ont pas été en mesure de régler mon probleme de connection à mon compte. J’ai du passé en boutique pour créer un nouveau compte.
2e appel je veux commander pour ramassage en magasin et on me dit que c’est temporairement pas disponible et on ne peux pas me dire pourquoi et si je pense une commande je vais l’avoir entre le 16 et 24 déc. Je vais donc devoir me tapper la ligne pour aller acheter mon café à la boutique. La madame est pas contente…

Thieves
Atrocious customer service at this company. They take your money the instant you place an order and then string you along with promises that your coffee has shipped when, in fact, it’s still sitting in their facility for days and days and days. When you call to inquire why they haven’t actually shipped the coffee that you now own, you get attitude from the customer service “professional.” These people clearly aren’t trained to offer any kind of service to customers and only exacerbate the situation with their ineptitude and nasty attitudes. When you cancel an order because they simply won’t ship it in a reasonable amount of time, they make you wait FOREVER for a refund on a product that they never sent! They’re nothing more than thieves at this company and after 10 years of doing business with them, I am now done. They’re horrible people who have no regard for their customers. I only wish I could give them negative stars. They deserve nothing more.

Ho acquistato una macchina Nespresso con la convinzione di poter godere a casa di un espresso accettabile, non mi aspettavo miracoli, ma il caffè del sistema nespresso è acqua sporca.
Complimenti a questa azienda che è riuscita a sdoganare la mediocrità assoluta in un settore dove gli italiani eccellono.

call in to ask for help with order and line keeps dropping. Finally get through and being told to call next day as they cannot do anything until after 8 business days despite the fact that tracking has not moved in 7 business days. Called back the next day and replacement order was provided. Now have to wait another 8 days. Checked replacement order and they did not include 2 bonus sleeves that came with the original order. What a disaster.
Very poor service for high priced products
Ordered online.
No news the next 10 days. I called the online service, unable to give an update on my order. So I cancelled the order. No message to confirm my cancellation. So I drove to a store to buy capsules. They confirmed the order was cancelled but could not tell when I would be refunded. 1 week after cancellation, still not refunded. No apologise, no compensation.... I am going to try a coffee machine, cheaper, more ecologic and certainly as good!
Fix the delivery problems
Customers with Nespresso machines have to order the coffee pods via website & delivery. Well, if this is your business model you’d think they would have a delivery and tracking system that actually worked. I’ve been waiting a week, received an email that said delivery would be last Thursday yet received another email with a tracking number that says my order is still waiting for delivery carrier pickup! Huh? So I’m still waiting with no communication at all from Nespresso other than some general comment on their website saying “oh our orders are taking longer”. No, it’s just a disorganized mess! Get it together already! The coffee is really good (and expensive) but this is waaaay more trouble than it’s worth.

Don't buy the lattissima one, the coffee machine works good , the milk froth is terrible, only spits out warm milk no froth
Poor customer service and delivery
I placed an order for coffee pods through the Nespresso app. Two weeks later and no coffee. I called Customer Service and they were of little help. I was told to call back at a later date which I did. I also reached out to the shipping company and they responded that they never received the order from Nespresso! I called Nespresso and after being cut off twice I was able to speak with another representative who also was of little assistance. I’m still waiting. Should have bought a Keurig.
Teleurstellende service
We waren altijd tevreden over Nespresso maar sinds enkele maanden moeten we vaak een week wachten op de levering, terwijl dit vroeger steeds de volgende werkdag was. Bij zo'n luxemerk verwacht je ook een uitstekende service.
Daarnaast bewaren we ook steeds de cups maar als trouwe klant word je eigenlijk nooit beloond, niet voor je bestellingen, niet voor verzamelen van de cups voor het milieu (die je enkel in de grote steden kan gaan droppen),.. Jammer dat ze daar geen werk van maken, nog zoveel ruimte tot verbetering!

I placed an order November 23 which nespresso cancelled without telling me. I phoned and reordered the same products but unable to find any help from the company about its where abouts web site was down so called again to make sure the order was on its way 1st agent hung up called back and told order was being processed. got on line today and they substituted a different machine without contacting me won't send out the correct machine until the other machine arrives and I return it So disappointed with their customer service and will never purchase from them again

Nespresso has the worst customer service ever!
I called many times to ask for a gift that I never received. They pretended that it was out of stock which is not true. They promised me to do an escalation, however, after so many calls they never forwarded me to the manager. And at the end, one of their impolite agents, to get red of me, forwarded me to Nespresso US!! Both me and them (Nespresso US) were confused about what happened.
Totally disappointed from Nespresso, don't trust them anymore. I decided to don't order their coffee anymore.
Sour taste in my mouth !
Just purchased a vertuo machine. The coffee is excellent but tried ordering pods and customer service messed up my order. Cancelled my order and didn't refund my promo card given to me by TSC shopping network. I have not received my refund, no coffee pods and my promo code no longer works. Very disappointing as I am a new customer and love the coffee.
Worst ever
Worst ever! I have 3 machines and have become addicted to their coffee only to be without for over 10 days because they are having delivery issues. Going to go to William Somona tomorrow to buy a different coffee machine that does not rely on coffee delivery from Nespresso. I'm sorry I have given them so much money over the past number of years. Customer service is horrible and they are liars. They have been giving me different promises over the last 10 days. Do not believe anything they say. Anyone want 3 nespresso machines I'm giving them away.

The worst company ever with the worst customer. I am actually throwing out my machine and moving on to something else. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
Terrible Customer Service
Our Nespresso machine stopped working after 2 months. Sent it in for repairs and it was returned unfixed (but claiming to be fixed). When I tried to get the machine replaced, they refused unless I could find my Costco receipt. Despite be a registered customer, and them having already tried to fix the machine there was nothing they could do to help us out. Terrible customer service.
A nightmare
Nespresso machine works great.
Coffee pods are available at few and far away places.
Nespresso machines are available everywhere though.
If you want coffee for your Nespresso machine then you will have to be part of their club and order from them online.
They offer you free glass cups and coffee pods when you join their exclusive club but you never receive them. If you call them about it, they eventually hang up the phone.
If you write an email to them, don't expect a reply.
It's a shame. They have a good product but lack integrity. A nightmare.
The simple solution is to go with another brand altogether.
I'll be going with Kurig. They have coffee pods everywhere.
It was a year long nightmare after…
It was a year long nightmare after getting one for Christmas. Ordered 200 CAD in coffee pods for free gift which I did not receive. When it broke they kept trying to get me to tilt machine to fix myself. This results in coffee grounds all through the kitchen and between stove and countertop. Hard to understand staff. They hung up on me many times. Big issues getting shipping labels to return for repair. Machine irreparable I find out 6 mos later. Was told I could buy a new one for 100CAD. Wouldve been 60 CAD to return my coffee pods and be done with it but bc it was so old by time I found out machine irreparable even doing that was no longer an option. No loaner machine due to pandemic. Serge fixed it in the end and wasnt the easiest to understand but we got there and he was actually lovely. Hes sending me a new machine. I will use up as many of my pods as possible if not expired until it breaks and then I'm throwing it in the TRASH where it belongs!
