By far the worst company
This is the worst customer service and business I have ever interacted with. First, when i ordered my machine, the water filling base was broken upon arrival. When I called, they said that they were out of that specific part, and I would have to get a brand new machine. They said it would be shipped in 1-2 days. It has now been 5 days and it still is not here. The people on the phone are less than useless. They offer no help or guidance and by far could care less about us as customers. Never ordering here again. Surprised Nespresso is still in business.

i have used nespresso for a few years but today i had the worst customer service because they chose a delivery service that i asked them to never use because the delivery company does not know how to deliver a package to a 24 7 business no excuse nespresso customer service lacked any type of caring they obviously do not believe in customer service and the longer i was with customer service i got angrier and angrier because they wont do anything im throwing my machine away and never gonna order from them again

Hi, in januari we bought a nespresso vertuo next machine for 1 euro with a contract of 35 euro a month to spend. End of March Machine didnt work anymore so they were friendly and offered us a replacement. Now begin june the new machine has same issue and all they can offer is to see if they can repair ( can take weeks). I told them i do not want that machine anymore they can come and collect it and i want to cnx my subscription. Answer was this is not possible. Me wath can i do with koffi if i do not have a machine. We are for years nespresso users and heavy koffie drinkers but this service is unaceptable. Their koffie is expensive but we always said its worth it until today. Looking out for an other koffie machine as of today this comapny is a so costumer unfriendly i never expected this from them. Thinks twice before you buy this machine or before you write into the subscription.

NEVER deal with this company. Ordered a nesspresso machine for mother's day. Machine never worked out of the package. To get a refund- which I am still waiting for- I have had to:
1. Make 6 calls to the service line- each time I wait 1 hour to speak to a representative.
3. They insist on my 80 year old mother to go out in a pandemic to return the defective product they sent.
3. Sale representatives- are uninformed and work in isolation from home, cannot connect with a manager in real-time. It takes 3 business days to communicate with other departments
4. You cannot directly contact anyone with decision making authority. No alterative email or phone number will be provided. You must wait for them to contact you (within 10 business days). Appointments/times even for "urgent" claims are not honored.
Bad Customer Service along with their machines
I bought Nespresso Virtuo a year ago. Just as the warranty expired problems started to occur: coffee either tasted watery or burned and machine makes weird sounds. You have to purchase special Nespresso descaling kits, but this didn't fix it either. One time we got moldy coffee (tastes like dust)! When I tried to get a refund for the bad coffee they sent me, customer service was really bad and couldn't even give me a refund. I would not recommend Nespresso overall

I'm astonished with the low score. I have found Nespresso one of the most impressive companies I have ever contacted whether that be via live chat, telephone and email. What company have you telephoned during the pandemic that answers their calls immediately and deals with you both professionally and promptly? 10/10 Nespresso. Well done

On December 17th I ordered a nespresso machine online. Made sure to check the return policy as we were trying to find a machine that would work for my very picky husband. He decided the coffee was not hot enough so on January 4th we contacted Nespresso to return the machine. They gave us instrucitons to return and we followed - paying $40 to ship the machine. On January 10th they sent us a shipping label. Turns out we didn't have to pay $40 but they of course never told us that and we cannot get that money back. They received the machine but made no attempt to contact us or refund. We called at the end of February and they said oh yeah. We have the machine. We will issue a refund. It's now May 21st and we've never received a refund.

I bought VERTUO line 2 years ago in Liverpool branch UK then took it to Qatar.
it started leaking from the back of the machine while brewing (which is a common problem all over the internet).
tried to contact the customer support in qatar and went to the nespresso shop in pearl and Doha Festival city. but they Decline to take the machine.
calaiming that they do not sell it there and they didn't train on fixing it
the manager of pearl branch was very nice man he himself told me that they had training on it but they might be able to help when phoning them the customer service was very rude the moment that I mension VERTUO Line as if they were instructed to shout NO.
at the end of the day I spend hundreds in the shop in different products pods chocolate and even descaling products. also committed to myself to bring the recycling frequently.
all of this and loyal 6 years plus it might make me say goodbye i enjoyed your ethical coffee but never been ethical. to fix your broken machine that meant to be broken and never fixed
Stay away from them go get yourself real coffee its next door to them don't waste your time where they do not value you BUT YOUR MONEY
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. The reps have no idea what they are talking about. They send you in circles trying to figure 1 thing. When you call back to ask them to fix their error, they make another mistake and say there is nothing they can do. I swear working from home has made people lazy and dumb! Nespresso reps need to be retrained!

Nespresso Latissima touch, toestel is 2,5j oud. Problemen met melk reservoir.. toestel schakelt vanzelf uit en wilt geen melk bereiden.
Zelf nieuwe onderdelen besteld om te testen of dit het probleem kon zijn (dit na reeds meermaals ontkalken).
Contact met nespresso, deze konden het toestel ophalen en repareren voor €145!! (Nieuw toestel kost momenteel €198..) een lachertje dus!

Terrible service
Terrible service. Machine is great, but then the capsule feed stops working. Service will pick up the machine, but it will be at least 3 weeks for the repair. I have the Gran Lattissima as I like the added milk features. Nespresso will only supply a black coffee machine as replacement for the repair period. Totally unacceptable repair service.

Ben zeer teleurgesteld in Nespresso. Ik raad een abonnement bij Nespresso ten zeerste af. Nespresso houdt zich niet aan de regels. Telkens weer opnieuw ontving ik een factuur van 336€ te betalen om het toestel dat zogezegd voor 1€ in mijn abonnement van 65 €/maand was opgenomen. Meermaals contact opgenomen met het callcenter dat zich telkens weer opnieuw excuseerde voor deze fout en zeiden dat we deze factuur gewoon moeten negeren. Echter blijft het tot vandaag nog steeds fout lopen. Heb er al zoveel tijd ingestoken. Mijn abonnement zal ik na dit jaar niet meer vernieuwen.
Poor quality product and no support
They have change ma machine twice and I am still having issues with the 4 month old vertuo machine.
I spent hours on the phone with them, it is very frustrating.
Support is horrible, I would never buy Nespresso again.
Nespresso Service - Appalling
If there is a negative no. I would choose it. I have my Latissimo One and it has been sent in for repair 5 times for the same issue. The milk frother cannot be detected. It's sent back to me after each repair and within a few days, the same issue will arise. The last call was a week ago and the customer service representative said that she will put in a request for a.one-to-one replacement. To date, I have not heard from Nespresso at all. I'm really very disappointed with the service.

My Inisia gives me a different amount of coffee everyday...same box of pods. I have tried getting in touch with them via phone...a big joke...makes you wa it for next available operator and then 10 mins. Later, cuts you off. I finally got someone who promised to worked with me on it, but failed. Offered to send me a box and labels to return for service...this was early February. Many attempts later,I understood that they did not have a suite number..nonsense as coffee deliveries had occurred. Never received the shipping labels. The even as latest as last week, I tried via chat...offered to send ASAP...I am still waiting. I got 3 tablespoons of coffee this morning when I should get about 1/2a mug. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE WITH NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO USE THE PHONE WHICH CUTS YOU OFF AFTER MSKING YOU WAIT FOR NEXT OPERATOR....
