Very easy to deal with
Very easy to deal with, no problems adding solar to my account. Good feedin tariff although it could always be bigger.

competitive energy price
competitive energy price, and so far I have not had any issue with billing except not being able to find digital bill and was able to quickly request one on the phone with the help of very friendly staff.

Extremely Disappointed
Changed to Next Business Energy as our power bills were out of control and NBE were 3% less (and Australian owned). Two months after switching we get a letter NBE saying our rates are going up 8%! Tried to negotiate with them but they don’t care....

Also, not only are we Australian owned but we are also Australian operated. Our services are not completed offshore. We always welcome customer feedback and have taken your comments on board.

Without constant reminders I doubt they could have ever organized themselves enough to see the job through. All with poor communication and blame everywhere but with themselves. A sad review of a company that could easily do better

Great customer service.
Great customer service and competitive products. Account set up was very easy and the online portal allows me to keep on top of my electricity usage by offering visablity of my daily usage as well as easy to run reports.

We have been a customer for about 8 weeks and then receive an email saying all costs are going up by 8%!!! 8%%%.
Obscene. If we try to put up our prices by that kind of margin we would lose every customer!
