Jade and Jonathan were amazing at assisting us in getting our mortgage approved.
As first time buyers going through this process no question was too silly and we were put at ease during a stressful time can’t thank them both enough.

I would highly recommend using New Homes Mortgage Scotland. The process ran very smoothly and the service provided by Jonathan McGuinness and Jade Stein was excellent.

As a first time buyer New Homes made the process so simple. I reached out through Taylor Wimpey to Sean Taggart who advised first steps & provided my AIP. After reservation, Dean Jeffrey found the best mortgage and protection policies. After my application was submitted, Sian Ainger provided daily updates and submitted additional information the lender asked for. Thank you again to Sean, Dean & Sian for making the process seamless & I’ll definitely be using New Homes again.

First time buying made easier with NHMS! We had the pleasure of dealing with Connor and Jade throughout this process. Connor was so helpful and knowledgable from start to finish when finding us the best deals and no question was a silly question to him. We then dealt with Jade towards the end and she kept us up to date every 2-3 days. Both a credit to your team and we can’t thank them enough for making this process a little less scary for us.

I’ve had an amazing experience from NHMS every time - I’ve used them 3 times now for both my residential and rental property and would not hesitate to return. This time I used them for my new build housemove, my builder recommended me to use them and were pleased to hear I was already an existing customer. Their service is free and all staff I’ve experienced are knowledgable and supportive.

The service from my mortgage advisor Dean Jeffery has been above and beyond services I’ve received from independent advisors, he has recommended the best options to suit my needs and has taken the time (time and time again) to explain things clearly to me so I understand every part of the process and make me feel comfortable and supported.

Dean has made what is a really stressful time, very easy for me and I can’t recommend Dean and the team enough! He has picked up any questions or updates very quickly and been always on the case to make sure I am in the best position - as the rate has changed twice since we put through the original paperwork Dean has changed this which has made a good difference to my future mortgage payments. (not sure of spelling) helped us at the initial inquiry stage and was very helpful. We then were dealt with by Helen McGown when it came to the actual application, checks and advice. Kept on top of chasing the lender knowing our quick turnaround, eased my anxious worrying about anything and everything mortgage related and got us an ideal mortgage product for us while listening to our preferences.
