The whole process with New Homes Mortgage Scotland was so simple, easy and the communication throughout was great. We were originally referred by a developer but then decided against a new build home however Morgan still supported us through the process when we found our dream house. David was then really helpful and our video call with him was informative and he explained everything really well. Once our application was in Jade kept us up to date every couple of days until our mortgage offer was sent. Really great service, no pressure & all free! Our friends have also bought a house recently and paid a mortgage advisor quite a lot whilst not receiving the same level of service. Would recommend New Homes Mortgage Scotland to anyone.

From initial contact to offer letter NMH have been unequivcally the best Mortgage broker I have ever used. There is no periods of worrying what is happening as they called every other day even just to say that nothing had changed. We were advised at Application that the process with our preffered bank would take approx 2 weeks and we got our Acceptance 2 weeks and 1 day later. Thank you to Chanice, Jonathan and Zoe you are all brilliant in your roles. I look forward to speaking with you again at re mortgage time.

Dean Jeffery helped us secure a new build mortgage as first time buyers with some minor credit issues that had caused issues with companies like L&C. He made everything so simple and easy to follow and we had our offer within 2 weeks.
