Not just an order number. really meant something to me, thank you

When my order of blouses arrived in the wrong color, customer service didn't make me jump through hoops about it. They let me keep the blouses and offered a full store credit since the correct color wasn't available anymore. I used the credit toward two dresses, and they processed that order quickly so I'd have them in time for an event.

Bogus company. Shirt advertised as linen/cotton blend,made of horrible polyester. 1st, they offered me 10% return, then 20%, then 30%. BEWARE. Not a mom and daughter store in USA. Website is full of lies.

Your customer service is wonderful, quick to respond, and I do love the designs. However, the fabric on this particular skirt was disappointing, thinner than the price suggested. I called about returning it and ended up taking store credit, which I used toward a lovely pair of sandals. I do wish more of the clothing used natural fabrics like cotton or linen.

needed a different size, had the new one to me in 2 days, no hassle at all. wrapped really nice too

The colors look slightly different in person than online, but it's still a very nice piece overall.

Wore it on my trip to the coast. Light, comfortable, and just what I needed.

This dress fits like it was made for me. The packaging was so pretty I took a picture before opening it.

Wore this Kanna dress to my daughter's wedding. It was just right, elegant without being too much.

My cardigan arrived with a small snag in the sleeve and I was so disappointed bc the color was exactly what I wanted. emailed customer service expecting the usual back and forth but they apologized right away and shipped me a brand new one at no charge, didnt even ask for the damaged one back. ended up ordering a second one in another color while I was at it. this is the kind of service that keeps me coming back

I've washed this thing twice and the color is still perfect. came a day early too which never happens

wore this to my niece's bridal shower and got so many compliments about the fabric, really satisfied!!

Worst place!!! Items appear nice on the website, but the quality is absolutely terrible. And their return policy is the worst. Do not buy anything from the company!!! I hope they vendor sees this review.

This is an online Chinese SCAMMER. I bought an expensive dress and they sent a totally different than the picture posted online. Poorly made and cheap fabric!!! . Don't ever buy from this people!!!!!!!!!!

You would think as a law enforcement officer I would recognize a scam but this company lies, ( 3 blouses are not a linen cotton blend as advertised in their ad, They have no content label but they are heavy polyester), not in Nantucket as listed, did fit expect of of the : they sent was a small not XL and one the collar was constructed 1 in off center Return was offered at 20% of the $150 plus shipping which was to CHINA at $80 dollars ( but shipped from Vernon CA ) prompt reply but ) the picture don’t quite match the reality. I used my credit card so we’ll see. In any case I’m not sending anything to China and they consistently failed to provide as address I believe these companies are DBA’S of 1 firm because they use similar wording and sales approach. FAKE even the pictures are made to look like linen / cotton. Credit cards are writing off millions due to Chinese scams Beware !

This a a fraudulent company. The advertised product was a linen/cotton blend. What arrived was a cheap polyester that was extremely poorly constructed. Returns are impossible and not guaranteed.
I might also add that my Discover, soon to be Capitol 1, has so far ruled in their favor which is extremely disappointing.

Don’t be fooled by the photos. The fabric is cheap polyester. And don’t even think about returning anything! I followed the return policy by sending an email and I’ve never heard back. Avoid this place.

I would give them a - star they are awful they show you a picture of a beautiful crochet shirt and sens you a ugly cheap shirt that isn't worth 50 cents then you ask for your money and they say it will cost $30 to $40 to send it back to China what a joke DO NOT BYE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
