Do not buy from this company! Like others I was offered 10 then 20 then final offer of 30% money back or mail back to China at my cost. These items are made of the cheapest polyester and are not even worth the cost to return. This person is running a scam site and advertising that they are in Nantucket.

Horrible fabrics and horrible fit. I ordered 3 dresses for a nephews wedding and they all fit differently in the same size. The material was cheap and not linen or cotton as they said in description. They said i could return in 30 days but really they charged me as much as the dresses to return. I am donating to charity and will never order from Nicoles again! And i will warn everyone about it too

Do not buy! Quality is not as expected. Return policy is frustrating as the seller continues to offer you discounts to get you to keep the product. The name of the company is deceptive making you believe by the name that the company is USA based when in fact it is out of China.

Like everyone else on here, I was duped by Nicole's Coastal Boutique and kept getting offered the increased percentage of "discount" to keep the substandard clothing in lieu of sending back to China. My last email I demanded an address in the United States to return the clothing since they hold themselves out as a business operating in the US. I have gotten no response to that. As of now I am in the process of filing a claim with my credit card company and have filed a complaint on the Federal Trade Commission's website about this business. Shame on me for falling for this. But bigger shame on them for being frauds.

This company is horrible! I ordered a dress and a pair of shoes, unfortunately I did not read reviews first. I received the merchandise timely, however the material that the dress was made of was very very thin and the dress was much smaller than sizes in the US. They are advertising this company as a Nantucket location, a total lie. From somewhere in California. However because they do advertise 30-day returns with no problems, also a lie! If you want to return the merchandise you have to send it to China. My total cost for both items was around $99 and when I went to return it to the address per the return instructions the postal services said that it would cost me around $75 to mail it! They will only give you a maximum of 30% refund of the total cost! Please don't get caught up in this scam company because they are horrible! Merchandise is low quality as well as the customer service. I waited until I did get 30% of the $99 I spent back and now I'm doing this review to help others. They all wonder why we love Amazon so much. I will never do it again.

I fell in… didn’t check out the reviews on this site and bought the worst clothing ever. They actually print what you see on their pictures on the poorest polyester. It is one big scam online shop DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

This is a bait & switch site. I ordered a dress & when it arrived, it was made from polyester & very cheaply made. I requested a return & refund. At first they offered to give me a 10% refund so I didn't have to pay for shipping back to China. Then they offered me 20% then 30% which I had to accept. It would have cost me a fortune to ship the item back to China. You think you're purchasing from a store in the U.S. NOT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. IT IS A SCAM!

I would agree with every single one of these negative reviews. Advertising showed a cute American coastal boutique vibe and the dresses were not cheap. I couldn't believe the inferior quality of the polyester dresses which were too small. They did give instructions for a return, but finding out what a rigamarole it would be to send back to CHINA (not even guaranteeing that the dresses would be received and a full refund back) I opted for their 30% return. I should've checked this website out before buying! Still doesn't excuse the deception, the poor quality, and the crazy return policy.

I would like to tell you of my dissatisfaction and belief that this company is engaging in some questionable business practices:

I ordered a Good Energy T-shirt pictured on their website. The product I received and was charged $44 for does not look like the photograph on the website. The material, texture, color, and quality of the shirt I received is very different. The advertisement refers to a “soft color palette” and this is not what I received. The advertisement photo shows yellow on the shoulder for the sunburst, but the item displays harsh orange. The pale blue in the front center of the photograph is royal blue on the T-shirt. Other colors are different and more garish as well. This appears to be false advertising.
As indicated on your advertisement, I could request a full refund. I requested a full refund in an email on May 3, 2026 and on several subsequent dates. I received several responses on May 4, 5, and 6. All delaying my request and saying I I should keep the item. I have been offered several unverifiable partial refunds (10%, then 20%, and then 30%). This seems to me like bribes for the company keeping the amount I was charged, while they offered me a fraction of the cost back for a clothing article I did NOT order based on the image on your advertisement.
Finally I was given information to proceed with the return. Of course, I had the original packages, it was unworn, and I had proof of purchase. Then I was told to lie to customs and government officials by declaring a low value ($5) to “avoid customs duties on return.” This seems ill-advised and illegal.
I have been informed the shipping cost I would need to pay is $30-$40, when I was charged $44 for the T-shirt. This seems outrageous and even though the item was shipped from Jamaica, New York wonder I was told there was no other alternative than shipping to China. For all these reasons, I am very dissatisfied. I would never order from this company again due to these multiple issues and although the website notes a full refund is available, not without sending the item to China with shipping costs comparable to the charge I paid for an article of clothing that is not what I had ordered based on the advertising photograph.

Should be zero stars. Worst buying experience. Do not support this shop. They are not in coastal Nantucket and it is a total scam. The dresses look beautiful on line and of denim and linen. When you receive them they are cheap polyester with printed not embroidered details. Their return policy is a joke. They say 100% refund but after they give you the details of shipping it back to China and possibly paying an import fees, shipping can be $30-40. They probably won’t even get it. It is the worst shopping experience I have ever had online and want to tell everyone how terrible this is. Do not buy from this shop. I am sure it is not a shop! They show this beautiful boutique which appears to be in Nantucket but it is NOT. Beware and do not support. I ended up getting $17.98 back from my $59.95 dress. I shouldn’t even report this because I do not have the refund yet. But I feel so angry, I wanted others to know- Total rip-off.

The company states that returning both items internationally would be very costly, I will just keep the two dresses and donate them.

I am disappointed in the company's misrepresentation of being a Nantucket, Massachusetts USA company and instead learned that it is and international company. They also claim that there is a 30 day Return and Refund Policy, but with international shipping, is very costly and misleading as well. I’m highly disappointed with the products quality overall, the misrepresentation of the company being a Massachusetts USA company, and the high shipping costs of a return. Buyer beware!

Completely fraudulent company. They use other names on FB selling same photos of dresses etc for women. I received a cheap polyester dress with different style and pattern. It looked like it came from 1960. No return form or identifying info in pkg. I lost $60. Do NOT get tricked.

I ordered three shirts. All are very thin synthetic material which probably would disintegrate in the first wash. The patterns are printed on in a faded manner, the collars were not sewn straight. Save your money. You will find much better quality at Walmart or Target. These are not even good rags.

False advertising, they are located in China. They are not going out of business. The refund process is nearly impossible, and expensive with tariffs and shipping costs. The quality of the clothing is terrible and nothing is true to size. I ordered 2 dresses size small and one was huge, the other too small. Please don't order anything. They are staying in business by making refunds impossible.

I can't believe I fell for this SCAM. I agree with all the reviews and should have looked them up on Trustpilot before I purchased. The dresses I received were NOT the ones pictured on their website. This site should be shut down.

NO STAR in reality--but one must click on a star to comment. My experience with this fraudulent, deceptive company has been frustrating, costly and maddening. I spent well over $300 on clothing that were meant to be gifts--NONE of which are suitable to give to ANYONE. After waiting over two weeks, I received items that were the wrong color, sizes, material...and of very poor quality. The fabric--almost paper, it was so cheap--looked like it was stamped with the pattern on the outside, as the inside of the dresses/tops were white. Two of the dresses were SO cheap, the material SO scratchy--I can't even keep them and call them "house dresses" or nightgowns. The return policy states that items must be returned with the tags intact and the packing slip/receipt included--but my order came with neither. No tags. No packing slip. No return address. No response to my inquiry online. Two of the items were supposed to be "khaki". They are purple. One was supposed to be dusty pink, it is apricot. One is supposed to be emerald green. It is a very ugly olive. A few are supposed to be Navy Blue--they are more peacock. I would accept any one thing not up to par--but NOTHING is up to par! There is much wrong with every, single item. I am reporting this scam to my credit card company. This "Nicole's Coastal Boutique" is NOT "of Nantucket", nor owned by a sweet mother-daughter team, nor is in the USA at all. This company must be stopped from doing further damage.

If I could give zero stars I would. The quality of this clothing is literally a garbage bag. The plastic bag it arrived in is better quality than the clothing itself. There is no return option because they will play around with you for weeks offering discounts to keep the garbage bag they’ve sent you. Do not waste your money. The misrepresentation of the clothing in every way possible is criminal.

I agree with everyone about this company! I thought it was located in Nantucket as well but it's in China! The material of the dress was cheap polyester and would not even go over my head! I emailed the company and finally got instructions to return the items but only after I refused the 10-20-30% refund offer. I followed the return instructions explicitly and hope for a full refund. When I took the return to UPS I was told the cost would be about $200 because they don't directly send things to China so I went to the post office and spent $35.00 to send it all back. We'll see if I get a refund!

This is a scam from China. They pretend to be a Nantucket boutique and show good photos. When I asked about the fiber content they answered "lovely cotton blend" - product came from China & was 95% polyester, 5% spandex and extremely poor quality. They won't return it, but try to give you a discount to keep garbage item. PURE SCAMMERS
