wore this to my niece's bridal shower and got so many compliments about the fabric, really satisfied!!

Worst place!!! Items appear nice on the website, but the quality is absolutely terrible. And their return policy is the worst. Do not buy anything from the company!!! I hope they vendor sees this review.

This is an online Chinese SCAMMER. I bought an expensive dress and they sent a totally different than the picture posted online. Poorly made and cheap fabric!!! . Don't ever buy from this people!!!!!!!!!!

You would think as a law enforcement officer I would recognize a scam but this company lies, ( 3 blouses are not a linen cotton blend as advertised in their ad, They have no content label but they are heavy polyester), not in Nantucket as listed, did fit expect of of the : they sent was a small not XL and one the collar was constructed 1 in off center Return was offered at 20% of the $150 plus shipping which was to CHINA at $80 dollars ( but shipped from Vernon CA ) prompt reply but ) the picture don’t quite match the reality. I used my credit card so we’ll see. In any case I’m not sending anything to China and they consistently failed to provide as address I believe these companies are DBA’S of 1 firm because they use similar wording and sales approach. FAKE even the pictures are made to look like linen / cotton. Credit cards are writing off millions due to Chinese scams Beware !

This a a fraudulent company. The advertised product was a linen/cotton blend. What arrived was a cheap polyester that was extremely poorly constructed. Returns are impossible and not guaranteed.
I might also add that my Discover, soon to be Capitol 1, has so far ruled in their favor which is extremely disappointing.

Don’t be fooled by the photos. The fabric is cheap polyester. And don’t even think about returning anything! I followed the return policy by sending an email and I’ve never heard back. Avoid this place.

I would give them a - star they are awful they show you a picture of a beautiful crochet shirt and sens you a ugly cheap shirt that isn't worth 50 cents then you ask for your money and they say it will cost $30 to $40 to send it back to China what a joke DO NOT BYE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Do not order. This is a total scam. Never got my order. Wish I had seen reviews before I ordered.

Do NOT order from Nicoles Coastal Boutique. The 2 dresses I ordered were awful quality. They WILL NOT return items without making it incredibly difficult. They have FALSE advertisement concerning their return policy. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering.....never again. BEWARE of them!!!

Goes by BARBARA & SARAH PALM BEACH. This is an online Chinese SCAMMER. I bought a dress for 108.00usd. Their site says returns up to 30 days. The garment was so poorly made, cheap fabric & totally different than their marketing photo. When I tried to return they told me it would costc$40 and there's a high likelihood it would not arrive but they'd give me 20% back to just keep the crap. Im furious. Don't ever buy from this and get the word out on Twitter and all social media

This company represents themselves as a US based company with very nice clothing. The shirt I ordered looks nothing like I saw online. When I emailed about a return was offered a 20% refund and keep the shirt because the shipping would cost me 30.00-40.00 to return to their shipping company in China. I will never order from them again. Beware.

Got scammed poor fabric false advertisement don’t do business with this company

This is the same fraudulent place as BARBARA & SARAH PALM BEACH located in CHINA. I ordered 2 jumpsuits from them and their sizing is way off and too small not to mention the material is cheap and itchy. I wanted to refund/exchange but was told if I wanted a refund in which they recommended that I keep the items they sent and I would only get 10%-15% of my money back and if I wanted to exchange I would need to pay $45.92 to a shady website name Whop.com to cover shipping/exchange fees. I told them that I did not want to keep items that I could not fit nor enter my personal information on the shady website. They gave me their warehouse address that’s in CHINA and stated that I could ship it to them for $30 -$40 dollars but they would not be responsible if the merchandise don’t arrive or the condition it might arrive in and strongly urged against doing this because if it’s lost/damaged it would be my responsibility. I rated them a one star and they sent back a thank you because they changed the rating to a 5 star. I will be reporting them to the authorities because this is wrong on ALL LEVELS!! . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BARBARA & SARAH PALM BEACH or NICOLE’S COASTAL BOUTIQUE. You have been warned!

All went wrong. They advertise embroidered blouses, I ordered one with cost of $49.99. For the price one would think it will be as they advertise. Instead I got kind of a painted blouse. No embroidered any where on the blouse not to mentioned the cheap material. Try to return but it would almost cost me the same amount I had paid. It did not come from Nantucket as advertised but from China. A SCAM ALL THRU AND THRU!

Dress was not AT ALL as pictured. Material, neckline and waistline were all different. The website states easy returns but it was multiple emails back and forth before I realized the company shipped from China and I would be responsible for all the return costs.

Do not order from this site!! While it looks slick and they claim to be from Nantucket in the US, they are from China. The dress I ordered was of such poor quality as to make it unwearable. It was made of the thinnest of polyester with the color painted on only the outside. Their return process is also TERRIBLE! You are responsible for all international shipping as well as customs cost to be imported back to China. It is an onerous process. I was only offered a 30% "discount" to keep the dress I will never wear and would not even donate due to such poor quality.

After what I thought I was verifying it was a legitimate company (it is not COASTAL BOUTIQUE). IT IS NICOLE'S COASTAL BOUTIQUE. After receiving the items, I started the process of returning them. The advertising is misleading, and the product is substandard. It's disgraceful.
Working with the company to get a refund is set up to be expensive and frustrating, a deliberate labyrinth to keep people from returning items. BECAUSE I spent over $157.00, I decided to do the process of returning it. 20 emails back and forth to get a refund, most of which were to discourage it, and cost over $50 (because returning it was at my expense- something that is buried in the website. After 6 weeks, I chose to do a chargeback. The money was refunded in 24 hours. I am sure that was the catalyst for an email admitting they received it, telling me to close my chargeback, in the same email saying it'll be another 4 months before I would get the actual money back. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a beautiful cotton/linen shirt and received a polyester shirt that was printed. It looked terrible. When I asked to return it I was told I could but it would cost over $30 and would not be guaranteed to get a refund. They suggested I take a 10%refund instead.

I am very disappointed in this response.
