Absolute scam. I placed 2 order and none have arrived. I received an email stating that one of the package had been delivered yet I never did receive it. I sent email asking for ETA for both orders and no reply received. They should shut down this website.

Price was not cheap but everything else was smooth

Further to my previous posts re that this company NineLife, is fraudulent, they have since provided me with a number to call. EVERYBODY who wants the truth please try calling this number because it will NOT connect you to a NineLife customer service agent.
Do NOT, I repeat, do not buy anything from this website. They are scammers and the authorities need to be alerted.
Below is their recent email to me with a telephone number in Hong Kong for follow up of my order that has been undelivered for ONE YEAR. I know they are scammers, but just for a laugh, I called the number they provided, and as usual, it does not connect to their offices.

Delivery took long time, and I called the customer service once 2 weeks after I placed the order, customer service replied that it took 3 weeks for the order and I keep on receiving email on delivery. Finally I got the order in good condition and realize that the order was shipped from other country, so that's more make sense why it took long for the delivery, I am satified on the service, thank you and I will order again from you.

i think this is a fraud, they have high priced products that turns out are not in stock. Order 456063820 has not been shipped in over 3 weeks and they are now igoring my emails

Quick response and efficient

All I can think of is this is a fraudulent site. I ordered and paid for the products on Sept 4 and received a shipping notification a few days later. It's now September 20 and the product has not progressed passed the city of origin. The DHL site also looks like fake site. Worst yet, I'm getting a funny email asking for additional payment for shipping. Should have done more due diligent on the site before paying.

It doesn't even worth a star. HUGE SCAM.
Took long time of the status of update of the good. Then i cannot even check the tracking ID on DHL. Everytime the emails are in different email addresses that are not the official name. Plus, it scammed me on paying extra delivery fee on DHL and ended up it went to a random acct that costed me more than 2000 Euros. SCAM!

I ordered a multi pack including a Body Glide anti Chafing stick and Skin Glide cream in May 2024 and in August I'm still awaiting the anti Chafing stick despite assurances from Ninelife that they'd rectify.

Products arrived as described. Purchase process was simple to follow.

Do not recommend this site at all. They sent an Order Confirmation email on 4th May, and then email with Shipment update on 13th May with Tracking no.
Emailed them on 27th May for shipment status, no response after 3 days. Up to now now (30th May), I still haven't receive the parcel.

Quick response

I ordered an electronic counter on 3/Feb. They informed me the product I ordered is not available on 13/Feb. Ask me if I can accept another similar product. I replied them yes and tell them to go ahead to send it to me. Then they acknowledged my reply on 18/Feb. After that they didn't send me the counter and didn't reply my email. Please do not buy things from them. It is a scam.
