They are defrauding customers. Though website says HK, they send delivery from US, which is ridiculous. There is no guaranteed delivery time. I ordered a medical equipment which I needed in one week... もっず芋る

I was told that my credit card was


I was told that my credit card was declined but it wasn't and i called to confirm that i would get my order and I did. I already recommended your store to another friend who was looking to purchase miracle fruit in hong kong.

Delivery Problems

Sadly the address I mentioned during the order was cut and so there were some issues when delivering the parcel!

Other than this, all was good!

What’s with the lying?

My order keeps getting canceled upon ‘my request’, which is just not true. If for a reason you have to cancel my order (because it is out of stock or something). Just tell me, stop lying about it.

The shipping takes too long and the


The shipping takes too long and the order was broken up into separate shipments.I would only recommend IF you have the time and patience to wait for your items.

Good product

The 2nd customer service officer was really great helpful and customer oriented than the 1st officer. Without her help, I don’t think I will purchase from your shop.
Meanwhile, I tried the products and its germination rate is goood.
