9 days after collecting payment, Ninelife did not provide delivery date. When contacted customer service on life chat, was told delivery needs another 2-3 weeks and cannot confirm date of delivery. When request for order cancel and asked for full refund, Ninelife replied order is in transit. Ninelife is very irresponsible seller and this is my first and last time I will ever place order with Ninelife.

Their email replied me in the end . But very hard to communicate with. I told them I need refund for the 5 boxes. Still send me a link for the delivery checking.

Customer service never updated!

DO NOT buy anything from this website. They are scammers. I ordered from them and did not recurve anything! No one answers their customer service lines! They would not issue me a refund! I will be reporting them to the ministry!

I have receive my order package in a well packed form, though the lead time is a little longer than i expect.

Supplier was proactive. I ordered mint flavour which they didn’t have. They proposed an alternative or a refund. I opted for former. The item soon came and I’m happy with it. The only exception was I expected it to be in a bottle container but it came in a soft pack.

I recently bought LEONNS Ice Pack Slippers for Feet for $91 SGD from ninelife.sg and would like to share my experience with their service. In short, I advise against buying from this website.

After adding shipping, the cost rose to around $101. My bank charged me $103, possibly due to it being an overseas transaction. The item is overpriced, as the Ice Pack Slippers only cost $35 in the US.

I never received any information about the delivery date when I made the purchase, and even after four days, there were no updates. I sent an email to the address given on the website asking for details but received no reply. Two days later, I called their hotline at 31292599. Initially, I asked for the delivery date but did not receive a direct reply. I informed them that their website only allowed users to fill in the address but not the unit number. Every time I attempted to include the unit number with the address, it would erase itself, and I had to refill it. Eventually, I made the purchase with only the address, omitting the unit number. Out of curiosity, I asked how they planned to deliver the item to me without the unit number. To my surprise, they didn't even know what a unit number meant in Singapore. I had to explain that in Singapore, a unit number identifies an apartment within a building. I was so shocked that I forgot to reconfirm the delivery date. Therefore, I used their "Contact Us" form to send them a message asking for my delivery date. This created four tickets with automated replies (ticket IDs 1230056, 1230059, 1230058, and 1230057), and I wondered why it was necessary to create so many tickets. Days later, there were still no replies to those tickets.

I made two more calls to 31292599. The first call was hung up by them when I asked for the delivery date. In the other call, which I suspect was answered by the same person, she claimed she had no idea what was going on. She stated that my package had been shipped out today. Which I started questioning why it was only shipped today after 11 days had passed, and if I had not inquired, would it have been shipped out at all? When I asked when it would reach Singapore, the first call ended abruptly after she said it would take 10 days, and the second call informed me it would take 7 days. She eventually hung up on me a second time. I'm starting to suspect this might be a scam. I've blocked the card I used to purchase from the website and plan to take further steps, including making a police report. I'm writing this lengthy review hoping that no one else has to go through what I experienced.

Ridiculous prices. You are insane if you pay anything close for these mundane readily available literally anywhere else products.

Drop shipping company, products opened and used. Would not recommend. Can find the same product off Amazon for half the price.

Can be improved in their delivery period. If you are in business...u never say "i / we cannot or don't have......". Thats a bad gesture. Thank god...didn't proceed further with this supplier online.

Never ordering from ninelife sg again !! I’m shocked that the Liquid egg whites I ordered which is a delicate food product that needs to be refrigerated was left in my mail box instead of delivered to my door. Of course I had to throw it out and it was very expensive.

My package arrived quickly & safely and is definitely going to help me. It is comfortable other than being very painful for my hammer toe but i am waiting for surgery to straighten that out and then i am certain your product will have been a great investment. Thankyou, Peter Markie.

The ankle brace I am looking for is excellent which protect my ankle effectively during gym workouts. I searched this brace for sometime and finally found it in Nine life .
