honestly a great company my 2nd order so far and im gonna buy more

The worst experience in my life buying clothes online.
I had been waiting for my order during a month. I wrote to site support and they confirmed that my order is lost. And that they would send new one. I asked about new track number 1 week ago and im stiill waiting for it. I write everyday in whatsapp, on email, in IG... NOTHING. Damn, this service level is so baaaaad. Never buy anything there.

My order finally came in after over 30 days but my jeans i ordered were not there. Ive gotten no responces or help ob my pants back

Paid $150 for bape hoodies zipper to break after washing. Shipping took like 3 weeks

in my honest opinion i seriously thought the quality wasn’t going to be as good as it is but after receiving all my pieces i ordered such as my sp5der tracksuit my chrome hearts, everything is so perfect. I’ve had ninjahype on my go to website list for clothes for so long now as they never fail to make me happy with my purchase, if anything goes wrong long term they have always gave me a little freebie as a sorry or they have gave me a discount code for my next purchase. ninjahype is perfect if ur getting into rep clothes as they have prefect customer support 👍

i love ninjahype i bought a bape hoodi and it arrived after 13 days and is mega good quality

The bape hoodie i ordered cane a size too small and had some imperfections that made it look obviously fake, the shipping was fine but the quality was not too good for the price

They ship fast, quality has been great.

I don’t know where or when my package will get here I’ve reached out to them I got nothing back so at this point i don’t know what to do.

Yall this site is crazy good. I’ve ordered 3 things from there site and had such a good experience with the item coming to me theres no delays or anything. I recently ordered gallery dept sweatpants they had a few flaws on them but they are really hard to see. I love this place and will be ordering a lot more. (Edit)

My review went down a little because I recently ordered a Bape shirt from here and it’s been 8 days and I still have not gotten any information that the shirt was shipped or not. I don’t want to get on them as much because I’ve had a really good experience with them but I just want to know what’s going on?

I ordered a sp5der hoodie from ninjahype and the customer service was very helpful and professional whenever you have a question about shipping or the item you have brought. It came in after 3 weeks of buying and i gotta say it’s very high quality 1:1 frfr. I will be buying here more soon definitely a top tier website to buy clothing.

I ordered my shirt on June 21st and it supposedly shipped out on June 27th.I’ve had no new updates on my shirt or any information regarding so.

Took awhile for my order to be processed, but once I contacted support, my order was packed and shipped in a matter of a few days! Currently waiting on my shipment to arrive, but I am hopeful that the items will be well worth it!

My package says its shipped to HAFNARFJORDUR, ICELAND. I may sound mad, but I had it shipped to TOKYO, JAPAN. Its been over the time I've waited for the shipment and I want the package to be sent to my proper address. Someone please help me. P.S As help the things I ordered are
