This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Ordered and payed for sweatsuit for my grandson. They sent me the pants and told me that’s what I ordered. I sent numerous emails showing what I ordered, and asked them to ship the jacket. They never respond. This is a awful company. I advise you not y to purchase anything from them! SCAMMERS!!!!

Hi, it's misunderstanding, https://ninjahype.co/products/palm-angels-white-black-side-jacket-pants in this link there are 3 options, you chose a pants and we sent pants, if sweatsuit you need order both jacket or pants, pls understand

Waiting on order

Still waiting on one item for my kids school clothes the only reason I ordered and in July and still will not send Message daily they say they will handle than don’t it’s not rocket science to please a customer. Simple send item ordered not whatever you want. I hope they make it right or reporting to IG fb and all social media. Waited months for you to correct
