NJS PROPERTY GROUP レビュー

Good survey, very informative, brilliant communication. I was impressed how fast NJS Property Group could arrange the survey, and the full report received within 4 working days. Thank you!

From my initial contact with Ruby to the completion of the survey, the service was excellent. It was done very quickly and the surveyor promptly called to discuss the results. The report arrived five days later. I highly recommend NJS Property Group for their brilliant service.

Fantastic communication and customer service from start to finish. They were prompt at booking my survey and delivered the report soon after. They were helpful to run through questions I had. Would highly reccomend.

I recently used NJS Property Group for a Level 3 survey and I'd highly recommend them. They were prompt in organising the survey, fairly priced and I received a call from the surveyor to run through the report and any concerns at a arranged time on the weekend that worked for me. Thank you for a great service.

Prompt response, polite helpful staff. Timely survey on a Bank Holiday
very professional
good communication at all times

We looked at a few options for vendors to carry out a level 3 residential survey. NJS was competitively priced, they handle our request swiftly giving us an indication of the result immediately after the survey followed by a comprehensive report. The interactions we had were professional and responsive.

Great communication, detailed report with recommendations of what steps to take next.

I am very happy to recommend NJS.
I required a red book valuation to help with my IHT Tax planning. Using a RICS surveyor search platform directory, I got a very wide range of quotes and also a number of hard sell email and phone calls which I did not appreciate. NJS were the most competitively priced; prompt and professional during the whole process from arranging a date and access (thanks Ruby) to check ins from Natasha. I really liked the idea to support a female owned business too. I am happy with the comprehensive report. Just what I needed and I feel it is value for money.

The service was prompt and professional.

Requested a Level 2 survey which was conducted within the timeframe, at a good price. Our surveyor Ibrahim called me as soon as it was done to give me his top level recommendations and findings, and he answered a specific concern we had which I really appreciated and helped to keep the house sale process moving. Thank you very much!

We were very impressed with the thoroughness of the survey undertaken on a house we very much wished to buy. The survey was extremely detailed, very clear and easy to understand. Unfortunately it made it obvious that there was a great deal of work to be undertaken, which we did not feel we could do, so we were obliged to withdraw our offer.
I would certainly recommend NJS.

Second time I've used this company for a Level 3 building survey. They scheduled in the survey within a few days, and I had the report in around a week from start to finish.

Quite reasonable priced compared to other quotes I've got.

I'll be using them going forward and will be recommending them to others.

We have used NJS property group twice now. Level 3 surveys for two different properties. Compared to others they are cheaper and have great availability. In both instances they have been able to carry out surveys and send us reports in a relatively short amount of time, which is appreciated during a stressful time. For a Level 3 survey we would have liked it to be more thorough than it was, however it's great for highlighting big and smaller issues for us to follow up in our own time. It provides sufficient information for use when purchasing building insurance and when considering whether to negotiate price.

very timely and comprehensive service. The surveyor also phoned me prior to the formal report being issues to discuss any important points in person, with an opportunity to ask questions

My whole experience with NJS property services has been entirely satisfactory
I needed my home valued for probate reasons I first spoke to Ruby in the phone she was most helpful and a visit was arranged within two days Natasha came to value my house she was very professional but friendly and knowledgeable I have now received her report all within one week for a very reasonable price I would not hesitate to recommend this company

I've used NJS twice now; once for a Level 3 survey, once for a Level 2 survey. Both times the experience was professional. Ruby is responsive and prompt to ensure we moved quickly. The surveyors called me on the day the surveys were conducted with a clear summary and the report was sent within the expected timeframe. Competitive pricing too.

We had a great experience with NJS Property Group.
They responded to our request promptly and arranged the survey within a few days.
It was really useful to receive an immediate phone call after the survey to hear the key points.
The report itself is very comprehensive and backed with plenty of photos.
The fee was also very competitive
I strongly recommend this company.

Our level 2 survey was booked in quickly and highlighted concerns communicated to us on the day. Official report received within the week, and they were very happy to advise on any queries we had. Definitely happy to recommend this company.

It's the second time I've used NJS and on both occasions I've had to chop and change things last minute, they are always flexible and super accommodating. I also like that they give you a quick call straight after the survey with the headlines. Report delivered in five working days. Would definitely recommend.
