NJS PROPERTY GROUP レビュー

NJS were extremely efficient, and at a great price.
Their digital portal was easy to setup, always on hand to be phoned if needed, and allowed for a smooth survey, which was preceded and followed up a phone call to explain the steps clearly.

Extremely responsive, visit booked within 3 days of initial quote and by day 5 our Red book report was all ready. Natasha was absolutely brilliant and understood time pressures and expedite the process. Could not be more pleased and grateful!

I asked NJS to do a level 3 survey quickly on a 100 year old property my son wants to buy. Natasha called the same day and reserved a survey spot within 5 days. Ishaan did the survey and called me the same day to talk through findings (Friday late afternoon), then emailing me the survey on Sunday evening. Fantastic service and at a competitive price (although we should worry about Ishaan's work-life balance!).

We used NJS for a level 3 survey on a property we are purchasing. As first time buyers, we needed some guidance - NJS provided this and more. We had a full quote breakdown and was shared examples of reports we would receive.
The survey was booked in within a week via the estate agent so felt hassle free. On the day of the survey, we had a phone call going through the top level findings and the gentleman on the phone was happy to provide further context where needed. The survey came through via email 3 working days later and the whole process was very smooth sailing!

We recently engaged NJS for a level 3 survey on a property we're considering purchasing. Given the property's poor condition, we required an exceptionally detailed and high-quality report. NJS provided this service at an excellent price. They were extremely responsive; we were able to schedule the survey quickly, and they delivered the report promptly within the promised timeframe.

Ruby was very friendly, efficient, and informative, while Ishaan produced a comprehensive and meticulous report. Thank you to both of you – we'll certainly return for future services! A full 5-star experience!

The surveyor provided exceptional service by immediately calling us with their findings of severe defects. They were understanding of our situation and professionally offered a discount on our next survey when we didn't proceed with the first property. Communication throughout was excellent. For our second survey, they were prompt with both the inspection and report delivery (received within 2-3 days of the site visit). Their thoroughness and professionalism on both occasions demonstrated great expertise. Would highly recommend

Excellent service, fast and clear communication. Survey report received within 36 hours of the survey. Great customer service and the most reasonable price. Thorough report provided. Thank you!

Ruby & Natasha have been more helpful than our solicitor and estate agent combined. As first time buyers we needed some guidance through the process, Ruby was nothing short of extremely helpful and caring, parting the clouds in times of foggy understanding, to reassurance with our decisions. I think they are reasonably priced, with quick report turnarounds and always open to explain anything. I would highly recommend NJS property group to anyone who requires a survey for a property purchase.

We opted for level 3 survey . It was very good experience communicating with the team members and got best output from the survey. Also we got survey report much earlier than mentioned date.

Recently used NJS for two level 3 surveys. Detailed and descriptive reports on two different 4-bed properties.
I would recommend as very happy with communication, booking and surveys.

Had a level 3 survey carried out by this company.

From the start very professional and courteous, great price and the survey report was very detailed.

Overall very satisfied with NJS and will look to use there services in the future

Thanks

They were so proactive, taking time to explain what a survey is and why we may want different levels as first time buyers. Whilst proactive, they also weren’t pushy, giving us time to process information and not feel pressured to use their services. We went ahead with a level 3 survey and this was done so promptly and in-depth. We got a phonecall straight after the survey was complete to let us know it was done, if there were any major concerns and when we can be expecting the report. I would definitely use this company again and so would my mum who has moved over 10 times and hasn’t had such a swift and professional survey experience!

Thanks Natasha for sharing the report in time. This helps alot for deciding on the property purchase and could save on the validation amount

Natasha Shergill @NJS PROPERTY GROUP LTD provided us the best customer service
From raising the enquiry to completion of the survey with report was done so quickly and smoothly without any delays with updates at every step

Would definitely recommend them

I dealt with a lady called Natasha who was fantastic and very prompt in dealing with my queries. The survey was booked in with no hassle and all communications were clear and concise. Highly recommend

Had a level 3 survey carried out by this company. From the start very professional and courteous but had to wait a long time for the survey to take place. I was given one date but then the survey was booked for a date 3 days later. There was also some spelling errors on the survey so I believe overall 4 stars is appropriate as there’s always room for improvement. The survey report was very detailed which I would expect for the price paid.

I am more than happy with the service I have received from NJS, in particular Natasha Shergill. A thorough inspection followed by a thorough report.
The customer service was excellent, I received a telephone call to discuss my requirements and the on line process was quick and easy. NJS ensured that I was kept informed every step of the way.
NJS are at the top of my list for property surveys and I am happy to recommend them to anyone requiring a surveyor.
Thank you NJS and Natasha

Ruby and Natasha are a great team! Extremely professional and communicative throughout the process.

As a first time buyer the process can be a bit overwhelming at times but they were really friendly and flexible.

Very professional service from start to finish. We received the report within a few days of their survey and were very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service! Both Ruby and Natasha were outstanding in communication and Natasha saved us thousands from buying a home with severe defects! The price for a full level 3 was already competitive but they very kindly offered us a significant discount off our next property seeing as the first one was so bad that we didn't proceed. Upon finding the next one, not only was the deal upheld but Natasha called us after the survey with key points and thoughts, and then sent the full report within the next 2-3 working days. Highly recommended!
